The customer service at the front desk was very helpful & polite. They allowed me to check-in early around 1 pm. This hotel offered parking, but there were limited spaces, so recommend to get there early for a spot.

The noise level around the area was very loud, which can be heard inside the room. There is an airport near by & the Little Italy area stays busy until businesses close. The freeway is next door to the hotel parking lot. This was somewhat convenient when coming/going. There was traffic buildup for the 5 north entrance, especially because the hotel parking is located on a one-way street (Grape Street).

Rooms were super clean and beds were very comfortable. I had a sweet. 2 separate rooms. Both rooms with its own tv. Microwave and fridge available in the room. Had clean towels every day. The staff was excellent. At least the male that attended me and my husband. He allowed it us to get in early as we arrived way before check in time. Little Italy, the bay and down town are just walking distance. They do have a parking lot. Small but available.I would def stay again and recommend.

I can’t say much because they are remodeling so I’m sure who ever stays will find brand new furniture.

It was close to the trolley station and little italy, great location! And it has free parking, the staff is very polite too.

the blankets had holes in them, the hair dryer didn't work (but they gave me another one to use), the elevator was super small, for like 3 people or just one person with luggage, and the facility in general looked old, but at least it was clean. it wasn't as bad as it might sound.

For the value this is a great place. Good location, clean room and the employees are great. It is an old building but very cool like being in an old apartment building. Great place.

Parking could be better only have about 20 spots then you have to go to street parking.

We loved the location 👍🏻 It was somewhat pleasant, however the furniture seemed old and the mattress also. Ample parking for our big truck 👍🏻 Front desk employees were really friendly and so helpful!

The staff was exceptional! The location next to on ramp that we needed next day was great! Bathroom was perfect to handicapped. Easy to find and staff was available for checkin even at 1130pm.

None are deal breakers but... Small parking lot with only one way to go in and out. At night and then again in the morning, someone was yelling and cussing on the street, I believe. Not to prevent me from booking again, but the room was not like pictured.

The room was bigger than expected. It had more than enough space and was separated into two sections which gave privacy to the family members. Great location close to Little Italy

The entrance to the rooms wasn't clearly signaled and wasn't properly closed.

This hotel is very well located in Little Italy. Places were within walking distance. The area is clean and has a number of restaurants. The room was clean and god for what I needed.

The room was noisy as it was at the intersection of the freeway and a busy road that entered the freeway.

It was en easy walk to the Little Italy District. The room was clean.

It was a little on the small side and the furniture was dated. The elevator is way small 4’x4’ so if you have more then a couple suite cases it’s tight tight. The parking is horrible. very few parking spots, so if you get one count yourself lucky. Once we got a spot, the car stayed right there and we walked and Ubered everywhere.
