Nice, clean hotel with full kitchen, comfortable bed, two TVs, and included breakfast with a good assortment of items that the staff continually replenished. The staff was friendly and competent, and the location is excellent if you're planning on exploring the waterfront.

The hotel is showing a few very slight signs of aging and should be refurbished in the next few years but didn't negatively impact our stay in any way. I highly recommend this property EXCEPT if you are traveling by car. The hotel charges an extremely high rate for valet parking, and there is no self park option. There's a great Avis Car Rental office in Little Italy, only ashort walk from the hotel if you want a vehicle for a day while you're in SD.

The property was clean, modern, and well kept. The breakfast was great and had lots of different choices, even for my 4 year old who tends to be picky. Before we arrived I was worried about the breakfast based on past reviews I saw here, but it exceeded my expectations. The staff were always friendly and helpful!

The $50/night parking charge feels way overpriced. I knew going into our stay we would be charged for this, so it was not a surprise, but if there was anything I would suggest be changed, it would be the cost of parking.

All the breakfast food was cold, including the eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The room was great

The welcoming employees, clean facilities, spacious room with all necessities in a kitchen (for meal preparation, including the stove). Comfortable bed and a couch that opens up. 5-7 min walk to little Italy with the variety of restaurants. Has a pool and a gym. Very good breakfast in a cosy area. Pictures are the exact as in reality.

Airport close, you could hear the airplanes but it did not bother us. Train is behind the hotel also did not bother us, the personnel accommodated and gave us a room on a 5th floor. Valet Parking is expensive - 60$ but we were able to park our car across the hotel on a street.

My family and I loved the location, too close to every scenery we want to see. The staff are friendly.

We don’t like was no public parking near by. The hotel charged $60 per day and that is ridiculous price for valley parking. For 7days that we’ve stayed there, every night we heard loud noise on the top of our room, the roof is not sound proof because we heard every moves of the other guests. We are grateful to have a free breakfast but eating the same menu for 7days is not a great complimentary for your guests.

The location was perfect. Walkable distance to the bay and little Italy.

The people trying. To get you to sign up for points whenever you walk through the lobby, especially during breakfast when we are trying eat.

It was very clean, centralized, friendly staff, felt safe, and nice big modern room.

Booking.com failed to mention the mandatory $60 PER NIGHT VALET PARKING ONLY that is available. This hotel does not allow you to park your own car at all. You have no choice but to pay $60 per night for valet ONLY. NO WHERE on the website was this disclosed. This is very deceitful.

The room was pretty spacious, and the kitchenette was awesome. Having a couch in The room is amazing because sitting on a bed while waiting for things isn't fun..

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. A cabinet on the entertainment center fell off in the middle of the night. The body wash in the shower was empty. No one came to clean our room or fill anything during the day, and we were not told we had to call if that is the case. The valet charge was per day, so it was expensive as there wasn't an option for self parking. Normal live tv didn't work on Sunday, so no football could be watched.

Great location, though the nightly parking fee of $60 was a bit much. Breakfast seemed stodgy. It needs more fresh items like hard-boiled eggs and fresh-cut fruits. The room was clean and new. However, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we went to take a shower. The parking staff and housekeeping folks were very helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff were not attentive. They were standing there and talking amongst themselves.

The location was nice.

I was expecting an ocean view but we got a railroad view🤨 and the 55 dollars a day parking/valet for guest was a highway robbery.
