The hotel is located a few walking minutes from Little Italy and the coast. I walked to the USS Midway Museum and several restaurants and even got to do a little shopping at the Farmers Market on Saturdays. I was also lucky to be able to have a great view of the city lights at night.

Not that it's a big deal, but perhaps upgrading their TVs to smart TVs that support Smart View so you can watch favorite Netflix shows.

The Rooms were nice and Clean. The staff was amazing!

I wish the website would have mentioned that the pool was not open. My two sons really wanted to go in the pool. If I knew it wasn't open, I would have gone somewhere else. The power shut off one night for 30min- 1 hour.

They charge me for a Bayview and stick me in a lower room looking at buildings, a motel 6, and an empty construction lot. Because they're overbooked? Then don't charge people extra because I could have just bought the more basic room. Anyways... I'll look elsewhere from now on.

The last morning I was getting ready before checking out and the shower water never got hot so I had to take a cold shower before my job at 6:30 am, also didn’t like the homeless tents across the street

loved this hotel, we didn’t get to spend to much time as we were out in San Diego enjoying the weather and the many things they offer but for the price and the way everything looked it was good but the parking at first was a hassle as it does not have many spots to park at but if was actually so convenient especially for our room we have a toddler so I loved that we were able to just get in the hotel easily and fast from the parking area right up to our room the elevator from the parking lot took us right to our floor. So we didn’t have to deal with walking in the lobby and walking far.

How close it was was to little Italy, seaport village and freeway.

Parking cost ,$35 a day seems ridiculous when I can pay to park off property for $20-$25 within walking distance.

Everything was great for us. There is nothing for me to complain.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Staff very friendly.

Only complaint, the lighting in the bathroom was not as bright as I would have liked. Shaving could have used a brighter lighting than the defused light from the edges of the mirror. BUT, that's not a deal breaker, still enjoyed my stay.

No phone to call for room service. Other than that everything was excellent.

Our room had a view. The room was clean. There’s a bar/restaurant down stairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking, They only have valet and it’s $50 a day.
