Location was great and easy to get to!!! The morning breakfast was really good and had an excellent variety if choices to choose from!!! The friendliness of the staff was fr superior to any ive experienced...the checkin person on the morning we arrived was the most awesome person we ran into on our stay in Albuquerque... very personable and helpful/friendly and even took the time to ask us about our stay and why we were visiting....very clean hotel as well andan excellent room set up

The hotel was nice. The room was large and clean. The staff were wonderful. The shuttle service from/to the airport, perfect. Breakfast was good, better than most airport hotels. The pool was small and crowded, and the whirlpool was out of order, which was disappointing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if traveling through Albuquerque.

Booking.com overcharged us $57 for the room. It was listed as $139 per night. When I went to confirm and pay, the total price was listed as $160 including taxes and fees, which I agreed to pay. We were charged $217. Booking.com support did nothing. I was a loyal customer of Booking.com for years. I will never use them again. I have contacted the Dutch CCC in an attempt to join their class action lawsuit against Booking.com.

Great location, both for the airport and other destinations in Albuquerque. Very clean and spacious room, full of all the needed amenities. Good breakfast, even if a bit limited to classic American hotel options.

The most bothering thing has been that every night I had to reactivate the key card for the room. For some reason, it was deactivating every day (not losing the programming because it was still working with the pool door, for example, but not with the bedroom, almost like I was overstaying). The room I had had a door to a communicating room. This is usually amazing when traveling with larger groups, but the noise insulation of the door was non-existent, and it was like having the other people in the room with me.

Staff was extremely friendly and check-in was simple and fast. The facilities seem new and our room was bigger than expected and also very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the restroom was very nice as well. The location is in a newer area of development and does not seem sketchy or unsafe. The hotel sits next to a nice brewery only walking distance. We loved our stay!

The only issue I had was the amount of shampoo and conditioner initially provided but we didn't have issue when we requested for more.

The location is very close to the airport and their shuttles are offered free of charge and accommodates your arrival and departure times. Rooms are clean and spacious and honestly better than higher end hotels. You get your own couch, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. At breakfast, you can make your own waffles! There’s scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, etc.

I ended up waiting a long time for the shuttle because someone at the airport gave me wrong instructions. But the hotel staff felt so sorry about me waiting that they came right away to get me and checked me in without having to wait in line. They did everything they can to ensure I had a good stay with them.

Great location-easy access to the highway. Front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly; always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was good; waffles were great! Our room was very spacious and clean. Very restful sleep!

The bathroom mirror lighting could be a bit brighter for putting on makeup. We stayed during Hot Air Balloon Festival, so pricing was about $100 higher than normal, but to be expected for the festival.

The whole entire hotel was nicely decorated every floor had lights going around the top of the hallway the lobby was just completely magical the way that it was decorated it made me feel very comfortable welcomed and warming to be there. All of the staff was so nice always greeting me going in or out or just as I was eating breakfast asking me how everything was like it was great I don’t think I could top this experience because I haven’t had one like this maybe not ever

My husband and I were there before an operation he had, and I stayed a couple of additional nights while he was recovering The staff were very accommodating as I was dealing with uncertainties about when he would be released, and were always very kind and professional. The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the hospital where my husband was and to the airport where we picked up my sisters who came in to be with me during the surgery.

We were given a handicap room, didn't realize that's what I booked. Staff accommodated us by moving to another room because the room was adjoining and the people next door were loud.. Beds and pillows were comfy, the room itself was very homey and inviting, extremely clean!! The cleanest rooms we've ever stayed at!!

We didn't like that our room was adjoined. The view from our window was a construction site but that'll change once they're done.

The young woman checking in guests was alone during a very busy evening, and she did an excellent job efficiently and professionally. The King bed room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower water pressure was very strong, which my husband liked, though it was much too strong for me. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast wasn’t great, but as expected for a big chain hotel. The waffle station was a nice offering and we appreciated the coffee available all day. The fridge wasn’t cold or have a freezer section, and it didn’t seem to have a control to make it colder.
