This hotel was a comfortable place to stay in Albuquerque. The staff were really nice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was really good. I especially enjoyed the waffles. We also enjoyed the free parking!

The walls and floors were thin. We were on the 3rd floor, and the people staying above us were running back and forth until around 11pm. It was noisy.

The beds were very comfortable. Three rooms were nice. The staff was very professional and courteous.

When I got there all the doors were locked and had the words "lock down" with no way to get in. Had to go all the way back to the car and call the desk. Then I was allowed to enter and go to my room. No explanation as to what happened.

We arrived late and needed to be picked up at the airport, the shuttle service stopped at midnight but I called and the shuttle driver stayed late to pick us up. The next morning they drove us to the car rental location. Breakfast was one the best I have even had at a hotel. Stuff was so helpful and pleasant.

I liked Location. I also liked that it was next to a pretty good restaurant.

I thought my bed was a little hard. Did not sleep comfortably.For a handicapped room I think a shower chair should have been in a walk in shower.

Extremely clean and spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Airport shuttle a huge perk. The driver was on his dinner break when we needed a ride, and the hotel staff arranged and paid for an Uber for us.

Nice, convenient, location.

It’s said on Booking.com that there was an electric car charging station, when there actually wasn’t. I literally picked this hotel because it said that lol

I like the proximity to the airport and that you can park your car there for free and take the shuttle to and from the airport.

The beds are fairly comfortable but a little hard for my liking.

Polite, professional staff. Excellent accommodations. Room was very clean. Easy check in/check out. Super convenient proximity wise to the airport with free parking and shuttle. I highly recommended this hotel.

I really like the breakfast offering. The area is always full and clean. I also like having the ice machine on the floor

Internet TV did not work. It’s my way to relax while being away from home. I was disappointed

Applebees next door. Easy to find. Clean room. Front person at desk was very nice.

Bed was a little uncomfortable.
