I liked the fact that it was close to where I had to be the next day (Dr. Appointment) it was convenient and I felt safe knowing there was an area for me to park my car in an area where there was good surveillance and a garage. The facility was very clean, and there was a nice breakfast spread to enjoy in the morning! Lots to offer and a beautiful space to sit and eat.

There wasn't much to complain about here, sometimes it can be pricey-but thats every place to stay during various parts of the year! So no biggie. Its a little farther from commercial areas of eating, but there are some good choices nearby with more local flavor.

Didn't stay for breakfast, you need to take the elevator to the second floor to check in, but if you park in the underground parking, it takes you right to the elevator. overall it was a nice stay and i will definitely stay there again.

When I got to the hotel to check in, it was late, and they couldn't find my reservation, but the lady really tried to help us and figure out.

The second time I stayed here, it was magnificent! The first time was a family trip and parked in the parking garage. This time with friends for a concert, and had to park in the dirt lot. Loved it then, and I still love it now. The location is great! Close to downtown and easy to get around. The room was clean. Friends loved it, too. The staff was really friendly. The environment feels safe.

Half the parking lot isn't paved, but we had a rental, so it really didn't bother us at all. Maybe if it was a little more lit up the further you go down from the main entrance of the hotel at night. Again, on the dirt lot side. But we happened to park right in front across the entrance doors by the road. It didn't make the experience any less. it just feels like it would be nicer if it was paved, especially when it gets full and you have to park further down. But it also looks like it could be a shared lot, so I'm not sure. Either way, it's not too bad. the place is amazing.

We didn't get to stay at the Springhill Suites location due to a rolling power outage at their hotel. However, the staff arranged for us to stay at the TownePlace Suites Albuquerque North location instead. The transition was seamless, and the Townplace Suites hotel was excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable and clean. Pleasant.

Entrance is confusing from the street unless you happen to park in ground level garage (which is why I booked in first place). Main entrance is on ground level and lobby is up a flight of stairs. Labeling on door to me was not clear that this was actual hotel entrance (also Ronald McDonald House in same building)

Clean, convenient, spacious rooms, good gym. I was here to help care for a friend in Presbyterian’s ICU, and I was grateful to be offered the ‘hospital rate’ when I mentioned the reason for my visit while checking in. Also liked the covered parking.

Poor signage. Took me forever to find the door. Would have liked a bar/happy hour in the evening - or at least the ability to buy beer or wine at the little shop.

The sense of security the property gave us, needing a key for basically everything was just what I needed to ease my mind

It was all exceptional maybe the only thing that I could comment on would be more breakfast options MAYBE because breakfast was delicious and filling.

Location was great. Room and facilities nice and clean. Safe parking with security. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Lighting in rooms is quite dark and the AC is either freezing or too warm as the thermostat for measuring temperature is on the opposite side of the room.

The breakfast was really fine for a hotel perp! The staff kept everything available, readily answered questions, and were conscientious about spot cleanings.

The two teens were upset by the glass doors to bathroom; they felt like everyone could see them changing. I'm 80 and felt a bit exposed myself!

i like how modern it was giving it a better sense of cleanliness,also a great location was close enough to everywhere we went.Would stay in this hotel again!

the parking does suck a little it is very small & you have to park in the dirt kinda far if all the closer spaces are taken.
