Location, Cleanliness. Size of the room.

When checking in the receptionist spoke too softly and had to ask her multiple times to repeat cuz I didn't understand. The elevators could use some maintenance. One of them had handrails missing and the other one had a couple screws on the button panel missing. So when you press a floor number the whole panel would move. There was not hot coffee available except for what was in the room. I explained I didn't like the coffee in the room and wanted a fresh pot out of the machine in the kitchen. I was told I would have to wait.

We like staying at Hyatts when traveling, we've always gotten friendly service, clean rooms, and breakfast choices are great! Beds are comfortable. The parking lots are clean and well lit.

Normally, I like the fact they have shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower, and it's scented nicely. This go around, I'm glad I packed body wash as the one in there this time smelled very much like vinegar... strangest encounter I've had at a hyatt. They also still have a lot of carpet and one elevator with it too, which made the place/ floor we got off on smell a little musty from my guess pool season and rain season.

First and foremost the staff is exceptional from Catalina to Monique and all in between were professional, courteous, helpful and displayed the upmost level of hospitality. Our stay with this Hyatt Place branch was amazing!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Due to the night clerk not being present; the final payment was not applied correctly. However, the accounting department realized the error and immediately adjusted the accounts...hassle-free. We were quite impressed!

The last that checked me in was super nice and helpful and understood my concern and tried to do what she could to help but it was out of her hands.

Overall the property was nice, a little wear and tear and the bed was a little loud but room was clean, breakfast was good, and service was exceptional. I checked in at midnight due to a last minute emergency and not having anywhere else to stay. Wish that I could have gotten some sort of discounted rate due to the fact I was literally there for only a few hours.

This facility has been by far the friendliest, most organized and the most clean hotel we have stayed at in a long time!!! We even got a call to our room about an hour after check in to just check and see if we were settled in and to see if everything met our needs!!! Awesome!!!

There was nothing we didn't like

Staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel management was happy to reimburse the uneaten dinner after seeing pictures of what I was served, and fixed the error in the parking charge on my bill.

Housekeeper woke me up very early after a long trip and much needed rest, hours before check out time. Dinner food was absolutely terrible, would not recommend eating the dinner cafe at all.

Very comfortable and large room. Really wide selection of breakfast items.

Rather small window made the room seem dark, even during the day with the shades wide open. This may just be a factor of the room's location, and other rooms may have larger windows.

The hotel was very clean the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful! The amenities were very nice and the breakfast was good with a variety of options. It was a safe space during my travels.

The sofa bed a hard but other than that everything else was great!

Everything. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The maids were very good too. We needed extra towels and soap and they were very nice by giving us the things very nicely

Maybe the charge for parking. We already pay enough without having to pay for parking Can’t think of anything else, that means we were satisfied with everything!!

Location, close to the airport

I was told a receipt will be emailed to me and it didn’t happened. When I called to asked for it, the attendant was not pleasant and hang out on me without giving me a chance to see if I gotten my receipt. I think the staff needs a little of customer service training. I always stay here, and this is the first time, I was treated this rude
