Saw a roach.

Located with good access to many area attractions. The staff (especially the front desk) was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The breakfast area was nice. The parking was easy. We would stay there again without reservation (no pun intended).

The first room we were assigned (on the ground floor) had just had the carpets cleaned due to some type of water intrusion. Frankly, it was damp, and not ready for someone to occupy. The person at the front desk was very understanding, accommodating a room change in mere seconds. We were moved to a clean, comfortable room. I cannot complement the staff enough to reflect their presence.

It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It had a well maintained pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband requested a first floor room and they gladly changed it. Loved the staff!

We lost power for about 3 hours right after arrival, due to a thunderstorm. Not their fault. Luckily, they had cooled the room down prior to our arrival and the room stayed comfortable until restoration. The tub had an actual leak, not a drip but a little stream. That didn’t bother us so much. I did report it, but told them that wasn’t so much a worry to me, as an issue they should probably address. There was a musty smell. The carpet seemed wet, but they do have a pool, so maybe that was the issue. Internet was very spotty.

When we arrived the property was beautiful and the location is convenient. We didn’t go to the casino across the street but we enjoyed the nature walks and the river island walk. We were originally assigned to a floor level room, then decided we wanted more quiet noise so we asked to be moved to a higher floor and the staff did with no problem. We loved our room on a higher floor with quiet and beautiful views! Thank you staff for being so accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast didn’t have many options but the coffee and muffins were good.

We attended the Little River Band concert at Harrahs across the street. We were thrilled to discover we could walk across the street in the well lit crosswalk. No driving required to attend the concert! The hotel was very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend staying there! We will be back.

The only issue we ran into was the room safe. It was locked when we got to the room and no instructions on how to use it. The staff came up and opened it and provided instructions on use. Not a big deal, but we did have to deal with getting help.

Location and how attractive the facility was.

The breakfast was not good. We usually are offered some type of eggs or bacon/ sausage etc. only cold cereal, bagels and waffle machine. We ended up leaving without eating there. They had little seating. We came down twice and couldn’t get a seat. Ended up going and getting a fast food biscuit’

Beautiful decor. Clean room, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet It was across the street from the casino if that's your plan A breakfast was available

The room had a slight old cigarette smell. It was hard to get out into the road due to the location I expected a better breakfast variety for the price of the motel

Great access to the area without driving. Very clean and had a high end feel. Comfortable beds. AC handled the extremely high temps outside and kept us cool. The pool was wonderful and the outside temps made it feel heated. It also had a spa and cabana off the pool. Even on the first floor, there was minimal noise heard in the room. We were offered pool towels each time we went to the pool. Friendly staff.

Internet was spotty. It didn’t work properly the first night. Even after it was fixed, it didn’t extend to the pool area or much of the outside property. Breakfast was truly continental. Not a full breakfast, but not terrible. Several selections. Key cards demagnetized several times. But they were happy to reprogram them.

The room was nice, very clean. Very quiet atmosphere and good location.

Need a thicker comforter besides the sheets. Got very cold in the room and the bedding was very thin and didn’t help to keep you very warm. Loved the fact there were 5 pillows and they were actually comfortable!! Other than that it was an awesome stay!!

We really like the location & the staff were excellent. The only negative thing was that breakfast selections were limited. Since I have diabetes, I have to limit my carbs. The only choices were waffles (which were good), muffins, toast etc. The availability of eggs would have been great.
