Location was good easy to find. Staff very friendly. Room nice and clean thank you.

The breakfast was kind of ginsy there wasn't much of a bagel Choice One bagel and there was no butter just margarine, would have been nice to have scrambled egg & sausage but there was just waffles, different creamer choices-there's lots out there now and just to have one basic is kind of cheap.

Really the only complaint I have was the fact the showers barely had any water pressure other than that. It was a nice place to stay

Always see the Elks near that Inn.

Toilet was loose, other then that nothing else.

The commode ran all night and woke us up.

People the location, cleanliness

Right before we pulled into this motel we had an elk cross in front of our car. Wow. Check-in at the front desk was easy and pleasant. We parked near the end of the motel so we had easy access to our room. We picked this motel for its location, but every motel in Cherokee is the right location. Our room was large, comfy, and had great wifi. Our bed was king size and very nice.

The room toilet was not secured to the floor securely. They did not want food taken out of the breakfast area.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The Inn was located on a very rundown street with not much of a view but was close to all the attractions in the area. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable that we slept on all during our trip thru the Smoky Mountains.The breakfast food was fresh for the weekend stay but you could tell that the week day folks were getting leftovers from the weekend. Our toilet lid was loose on check-in, but the staff got it fixed right away. We stayed on the second floor, so the following comment didn't really affect our stay. Hope you don't mind smelling India food they were cooking or warming it on the main floor every day. Overall, we had a decent stay. I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

They have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! It's a Beautyrest Recharge same as they have at Club Wyndham. Rooms were clean and I took a nice long hot bath!!! Ok breakfast is included only available 8-10 am. Chocolate chip muffins, yogurt, bananas, a make yourself waffle station, with juices and coffee.

Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken but it worked on 3rd floor. Our AC was turned OFF when we got to the room and it was at least 80 degrees in there. We had to turn it on and leave for several hours, and when we came back it was comfortable.

I didn't like we couldn't use the bathrooms down stairs. I just got out of the hospital and walking was a problem but they kept an out of order sign on the bathrooms down stairs. Not right just because they were afraid someone from the car show would try to use it. Put a lock so your room key will open it. You need to do better for your guest.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. I slept great! Check in was easy and the front desk lady was super friendly. Hotel was easy to find. I will stay here again in the future for sure.

Breakfast could be a little better with some meat and eggs choices, but I did enjoy the waffle maker and herbal tea options. I can't complain about anything else.
