Very clean, spacious room. Giant shower in the bathroom and the most comfortable bed. Great location close to many restaurants, shops and attractions downtown you can walk to, including the NASCAR hall of fame across the street. The indoor pool and gym were small but nice to have. We used both and they were clean and never crowded. There’s an evening reception with complimentary drinks and finger food/snacks. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Hot, fresh and good variety. My husband had an omelet cooked to order every morning and Wanda, the singing chef, was so pleasant she made us smile every morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful answering questions and making us feel welcome. The hotel was very busy the weekend we came with two family reunions but we were still well taken care of.

There was a family reunion party one night and our room (530 on the 5th floor) must have been above the rental meeting room because we heard the DJ playing music at night. The walls are a little thin in these rooms. We could hear kids through the wall to the family staying next door. It wasn’t to the point of disturbing our stay or keeping us from sleeping though.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was perfectly located, close enough to everything but not too close thay we had to deal with crowds or traffic. Any member of staff we interacted with were very polite and professional. It was extremely busy when we came to check in, but the staff moved quickly, making sure every guest was cared for. The pool was heated, the bar was great, and the breakfast had so many options to choose from. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We we're very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Was handy to have the microwave and mini-fridge. Bathroom amenities were lovely. Also enjoyed the pool! The staff we interacted with (bar whoever answered the call re our pullout) were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was not fantastic, only ate there the day we left to save time. Booked a room with a pullout because we were two adults and a child. Would have been useful to have the pullout made up on arrival rather than being told to make it ourselves, that the sheets were in the closet. Even having sheets on the bed and then put away for aesthetics would have been better than opening it to find a bare mattress. Will know to request this in advance next time. Child shared a bed with us on the first night because we were tired from traveling. Grateful the housekeeper made the pullout for us the next day.

The location is awesome and very convenient. Our room was quiet, with a great view of the city. Great size, smelling so good but we noticed that our bathroom floor was very dirty around the cabinets and we found a used plastic cup behind the curtains in the bedroom. All the staff was incredible. The reception team (especially Ron- he was amazing) were excellent, helpful and very polite. We had an amazing stay and besides this cleaning issue, we will definitely come back to stay there again.

The location, our suite, and staff were a very good experience and enjoyed ourselves on a much needed getaway.

The valet parking when we booked it said $35. When we arrived, the sign said $45 a day. When we checked out, we got charged $55 a day. I did bring it to the attention of the person checking us out, and he said it was the booking site. I have contacted them both, waiting for a reply. Do not mind paying. However, give the correct price so it's known up front.

The breakfast and service was good! Enjoyed complimentary drinks during happy hour! Tyrone, did and amazing job with our drinks!!

We had a different bartender during second night stay for t inhappy hour he was very dismissive. Stating "these are the complimentary drinks being served during happy hour"!! I was so done with that gentleman, that I didn't get his name. However, my husband and I spotted Tyrone who was honored to "LISTEN" and make our drinks the way we wanted them!

Variety at breakfast was great. The room was spacious and located very well for the work I was doing at the convention centre.

I was unable to get outside on the deck from the pool. The pool is tiny and too small for any fitness swimming. The coffee maker in the room was unsatisfactory, and didn't work. A basic kettle with decent cups and a few utensils would be much better. There is a microwave in the room but no utensils!

Particular thanks to Desmond on reception who went out of his way to help us several times. Also to the breakfast staff who were a joy helping to start your day right. We loved the free drinks and nibbles each night. Spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable rooms.

Not so easy to get refreshments out of hours. The pool was very small. The outside terrace doors weren’t always open yet it is a beautiful place to relax. M

Breakfast was good, room was huge and comfortable, location was perfect.

I had a specific rate through booking.com and the hotel tried to charge $87 above that rate. I had to call booking.com (inconvenience when this should not happen) for them to tell the hotel what they needed to charge me. Plus they charge $75 per night security deposit. Hopefully I will see the refund for both of these things in the coming 10 days.

The breakfast was great and convenient having it right there in the hotel. The room was spacious with a nice arrangement.

I didn't like the fact that I was overcharged for parking and had to report it to two different staff members before it was resolved. I didn't like the fact that housekeeping did come one day of my stay and then came extremely late (after 4pm) on one day to clean the room.
