I enjoy staying at LA Quinta by Wyndham at the Journal Ctr. area in NW Albuquerque. Ruby and the other young lady were very helpful from the moment I arrived at the front desk to when I checked out. The room was awesome for the price I paid and quite comfortable. The location is great right off the freeway. I'd highly recommend the facility for an excellent place to rest your head in Albuquerque.

I didn't like hearing an individual complaining about the lack of a refrigerator in their room. Individuals should read the description of the facilities rooms rather than whining to the front desk staff.

Placing the insulin in the ice bucket with the ice created a problem. I remembered I left my insulin in the ice bucket when we left the restaurant. I called the front desk and talked to a young lady. I believe her name was Ruby. She told me to stay on the line while she went to the room to check on my insulin. She came back and told me she found my insulin. I told Ruby I'd stop by and pick up my medication. Ruby was my angel. Then there's the young man who was at the front desk when we checked in. He was very helpful, polite, and professional. Another excellent aspect of the room were the beds. They were so comfortable.The parking was excellent, and the location was awesome right off the freeway.

The only thing needed is a small refrigerator. I'm diabetic and use insulin. I had to place my insulin in the ice bucket with ice to keep the insulin cold.

Easy to book. Helpful staff. Easy to find.

Coffee didn't fit the machine in the room rendering it useless; the coffee was in packets. The machine needed some kind of tray. There was a fold-out bed that was half open and could not be closed. There was some kind of storage cabinet in the middle of the room that seemed to have no purpose. I could work around these things, but it was a bit annoying to have them there.

Don’t have time to enjoy anything. We had been driving for like 26 hours straight taking turns driving and sleeping so we just crashed and slept for 6 hours straight and then we got up to go again.

Not sure. We didn’t use any of the facilities. We didn’t eat any breakfast, don’t think we even turned the tv on. Don’t use any laundry facilities not did we explore the hotel and see if it even had a pool. We were just too tired to do anything but sleep.

some lighting did not work and after an hour of checking in the front desk staff knocked on the door and when i answered the door the staff while on his phone asked if was had an i pad somewhere in the room. well come to find out there was one and a pair of ear buds. wow this goes to show how the cleaning staff works.

Located very near the highway. Conveniently located to the Cracker Barrel Country Store. The desk attendants were pleasant.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. We have come to expect them in our rooms. There were no facial tissues (Kleenex) and a lack of toiletries. The facility seemed a little dark and damp. We had requested a first floor room and were not given that.

There was a wonderful young lady who was extremely helpful. I'm handicap and she carried my luggage to our room. I couldn't remember her name. Everytime my friend and I stayed in Albuquerque , we stayed at LA Quinta in 2024 and we were treated extremely awesome I highly recommend the hotel.

Wow, there's nothing to not like as we ever had a small refrigerator.

Toilet handle had to be held down for 10 to 15 seconds to flush, left me praying for complete evacuation every use. No refrigerator Reservations were mishandled. I wasn’t informed of the pet fee before arriving. There was another LaQuinta on the other side of the freeway. Was my information sent there? No refrigerator or microwave in room.

Close to the location of my destination for a doctor appointment.

On one of the exits, there was a trashcan in the inside that had trash there that had to have been sitting there for quite a bit of time as the stench was going into the hallway and the trashcan outside the door was overflowing in on the floor.

The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. We liked the Dove products.

The curtains were torn, but that didn't impact our sleep. We didn't get to utilize the breakfast because it closed too soon for us. While we are traveling on the road we are very tired and sleep in, so it is hard to get to breakfast.
