We were in ABQ for Balloon Fiesta, this location was very close to the event area.

Our 4th floor room had an oddly heavy bathroom door. It was honestly the weight of a hotel room door, and it wouldnt stay partially open. So it would block the door to the room. It was very awkward. To get to the closet or the light switch we had to move this door. It’s a narrow space so we were always manouvering around this door. Very weird. Aside from that the room was comfortable.

The property had an indoor pool and hot tub and both were clean and working. Breakfast was set up everyday and they took care to present everything in a clean and orderly manner. My room was clean and quiet.

The sausage for the breakfast was strange and looked funny. Other than that everything was great!

Location, clean, modern

Room above was noisy…stomping late at night and middle of night. Breakfast was not worth eating and was expensive. Hampton Inn is a much better mid-level property.

Staff were exceptional. We had 12 family members staying in 6 rooms. Not one negative from anyone.

If anything, the food selection. We did not eat breakfast at the buffet, as we're not big eaters and for $16.00 we went elsewhere for a smaller breakfast.

Exceptionally clean. Snacks, short order food & Beverage option for fee but options looked appealing. Quiet. Comfortable beds etc. Room spacious. Parking convenient.

Everything was great!

Did not have breakfast, as it was not included in the price. But the breakfast looked good. The grounds were clean, and in a well that area near the freeway.

The room was spotless, and in very good shape, however, the water pressure left a lot to be desired.

My flight arrived early and I got to the hotel at 10:30 AM. The person at the front desk looked to see if there were any rooms available and let me check in early. That was very appreciated and won points with me.

Pool was a bit small.

The hotel was really really clean, very cozy. Come later we find out it’s a bad area, but didn’t feel like it. Just noticed a 4$ charge on my card from here so need to check on it.

well prepared mostly clean but under sink area on floor we found items obviously missed when room was being cleaned

air conditioner thermostat was inoperative. it was posted but first it was freezing cold upon our arrival then every time it kicked on during the night the front panel vibrated so loudly it awakened us all night

Good location

Pillows were horribly uncomfortable and the bathroom door was always swinging out blocking the door to get in and out of the hotel room.
