It was right off the highway. The location was perfect for us. The room was super clean which was a huge plus traveling with kids, I tend to look for clean places! It was family friendly. The breakfast and coffee were super good. The breakfast area was super clean! And the lobby. The staff( a man working in the front) was very attentive to who was coming in and out of the hotel, which reassured the hotels safety.

The doors card readers cover was missing, I thought my card was not going to work but it did. Other than that everything else was perfect. I did let the staff know and they were super friendly and quick to reassure me everything was fine and not to worry.

The breakfast was definitely the best part of my stay--green chili on my eggs?! I'll take it. A great variety of choices. The place is very modern and clean, and I liked the location right next to I-25 and near some places I wanted to visit in town. I had a nice view of the Rio Grande valley out of my window.

Both an elevator and the pool were out of order--coincidence? The room with a king bed was on the compact side, but everything inside was very pleasant.

The location to Lovelace hospital was 0.6 miles, I was having surgery early in the morning( I had to be there by 5:30am) so the location was perfect.

The hand held shower head had very little pressure and I was in a roll-in shower due to my disability so it was inconvenient to use the air shower head. The electric blind did not work, I informed the staff that it needed to be fixed.

The location. The ambiance of the hotel ND the room was pleasant and cheerful. The property and the room were super clean and inviting. The staff was cordial and polite. Was a great place to stay

The only thing I didn't like was how the lighting was set up. It was mostly only lit by reading lamps and not convenient having to go to every corner of the room to have light.

Property was clean and easy to find. Good breakfast.

Rooms were small. I would have preferred more seating in the room. I had my 2 kids (5&7) with me and we like to eat in the room and had no real place to do that. I’m not a fan of eating on the bed… I wouldn’t book this hotel again just due to the lack of size and amenities in the room. I didn’t pay enough attention when booking so no fault to the hotel, but this isn’t the best kid friendly space.

Clean rooms and good variety of breakfast

The man at check in just dismissed our issue with our room reservation, we had originally booked two rooms and ended up with only one room because he said he wanted to sell the other room before the night ended.

I enjoyed that it was just off the freeway and right across from the venue I was going to for a concert.

Only thing I didn’t like was I had trouble connecting to the “FREE WiFi” when going to the site it said it was going to charge me a fee to connect?

Easy to access. Bed was cozy, overall quiet stay. Any hotel that offers shampoo AND conditioner not in teeny tiny bottles, I’m on board with.

Parking can be tight. There are a decent amount of spaces but the spots are itty bitty.

I liked that even though there is limited parking and it was a full house everything was quiet. There was different breakfast items to chose from also.

It was freezing cold and the parking lot was a little ways from the doors.

Staff was very friendly, facility was clean

Smart TV was not connected to internet so very limited on use of that. Facility had no clean towels when extra towels were needed
