Staff was really friendly and hotel and common areas were clean.

I wish the store that they had downstairs had a variety of hygiene, medicine and feminine products. There was no feminine products and someone in our group started unexpectedly, had to leave and try and find something open early in the morning. I did speak with the sweet young desk clerk who mentioned her boss just asked her what they should stock and she had just mentioned that to him. I hope next time they have something like that for other guests or like the clerk mentioned to at least have the dispensary in the bathroom so guests could even purchase that way.

Booking.com advertises free breakfast. It’s not free, but reasonably priced. Check in was a bit slower, and our desk clerk seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. We will likely try a different airport hotel on the way home.

Check in staff. Lobby seating with ice water with lemon. Very nice.

In my room, when neighbors flushed their toilet it sucked the water out of my toilet with loud gurgling. All night. Walls are thin. I heard champagne corks pop. Elevator noise. Elevator was scary.

My family loved that pool stayed open until 11. The room was perfect in every way. The night staff was very welcoming.

It took awhile to get seated for breakfast. The staff wasn't as friendly as the night.

There were spiky seeds (goatheads) in the carpet and several got stuck in my feet so they clearly had not vacuumed the room after the last person stayed there

The room was not completely clean, found crumbs on sides of office chair and sunflower seeds on sofa. All else rooms were comfy as well as the queen size bed. It was okay.

I don't know if they had rooms like the one I had we reserved were on the north side of the building. But I had requested a room with a view of the Sandia Mountains. Was just given a room facing the Hotel next door. : (

I like the employees, they were fun to talk to and helpful if I had any complaints.

The room bathroom needs more maintenance for the toilet is hard to flush, the bathroom sink's hot water handle is awkward to turn off the water from flowing, and the shower needs improvement.

I was disappointed about the restaurant being closed on 10)18.

Had a suite which was very nice! It was a plus having a restaurant in the hotel. Very clean and well maintained hotel!
