The front desk is always helpful and the staff (Joe) is very easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make every experience/reservation a good one.

Sometimes I don't think the cleaning service does the best job. I think when you enter a room at the beginning of any stay you should feel like the room has been completely sanitized and smell like it was as well and you don't always get that upon arrival. It would improve the entire stay completely if they would restructure the expectations they should have for cleaning staff. If you only require your staff to meet the minimal requirements to complete their job, it's going to reflect exactly that.

The individual responsible for this location was checking in guests and cleaning rooms to compensate for being short staffed. He was amicable throughout and the first face I saw at 6:00am the following day when I checked out for a flight. I do not often encounter people of this stature and it shows in the cleanliness of the room, smooth operations, and accomdating atmosphere. Monetarily, this was the least expensive of 8 hotels and Airbnb's I stayed at throughout a west coast trip, but by far the most enjoyable.

Aboslutely nothing.

My first night in 2:10 I was bit by bed bugs and I went down to the office and they were extremely helpful even through my stuff in the dryer that was on the bed and moved me to another room I went to room 2:30 and had no problems whatsoever the staff was awesome understanding and very helpful.

The part I didn't like I really like the hotel plan on staying again I didn't like the fact the elevator was broke and having to carry my stuff up to the second floor is a little hard due to back surgery and scoliosis other than that I love it.

Manager was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Room was large (first floor / 1 queen bed), comfortable and clean. Parking good. Coin op laundry room. Five minute walk to several restaurants. Breakfast is a small table coffee/grab & go. NOTE: Booking.com information is incorrect: Property does not have bathtubs.

The staff was so accomodating and helpful at all times. It was quiet and peaceful.

The only thing is that now pot being legalized, that's all I smell.

The staff here was exceptional especially Joseph the manager was very helpful and kind and supplied everything we needed for a very comfortable stay I would recommend this lovely hotel to ANYBODY

The grab and go breakfast was empty by 630 am and the washing machine did not produce hot water everything else pretty good

The front desk woman was extremely nice and helpful. The room was great I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I wish it had better water pressure but other than that it was really nice.

Kids weren’t without their parents and the bed was too noisy just to get up and a hair was left on the stop foot prints was on the floors
