Great location near Kew Comfortable beds. Clean.

Alicija at check in was the most welcoming hotel staff I have ever met 👼🏽 I made a very last minute booking and she accommodated my special requests as soon as I checked in. She was very empathetic and on hand whenever I called. My check in with her was the highlight of my stay as I felt at home instantly. If the hotel manager is reading this then I hope he can pass this on to her and consider promoting her to co-manager ☺️😅 The room: very quaint and cute. If you like Downtown Abbey then you will be overjoyed to sleep in the room 😅 The bed was comfortable and I liked the toiletries in the bathroom. They were all evidently high quality products as my usually sensitive skin reacted very positively to the body wash and hand wash. The area itself is so beautiful and one of the most affluent and safest of London so do not hesitate to book if you’re worried about location.

The man at checkout was very abrupt and came across as very cold. The door of the bedroom had a gap so you could hear anything from the corridor. Maybe they should replace the bedroom door. The shower had a curtain only instead of what was formerly a glass door. Water went everywhere as a result.

Situated very near Kew Gardens and with secure parking the hotel has a great atmosphere with very comfortable accommodation supported by wonderful staff that could not be more welcoming and friendly with also great food

Fantastic location for visiting Kew Gardens, or any London attraction, as ten mins walk to underground. On-site parking. Super friendly staff. Delicious food.

Staff! Everyone was "very sweet" if you asked my wife, but seriously, very accommodating when needed. Breakfast by the fireplace was wonderful! Bathroom was perfect in size for us (A soaker would have spoiled my wife). Overall, a quaint neighborhood. Being located near multiple tube stations is nice and convenient, as was the drive to get to Heathrow. Onsite parking....Brilliant!!!

While cute, a little more space in the room would have been greatly appreciated. We have a very basic palette and aren't foodies. Additionally, our schedule had us out during dinner time. So sadly, the kitchen offerings were wasted on us. While quaint, it's not necessarily quiet - traffic off/on the bridge is substantial. Despite access to the tube, getting anywhere to city center takes at least 45 minutes. Taxi took roughly an hour.

The hotel was in Kew & 10 mins walk to Kew gardens. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and had a good bathroom. Breakfast was good, and there was a good selection. There's parking in a locked car park under the hotel. It's a 10 minute walk to the rail station to get into central London or into Richmond. We found the staff very friendly. They do cooked meals at the hotel but can't comment on those as we'd eaten in Richmond. There are a handful of pubs and restaurants nearby for eating out (within 10 mins walk), or nearby Richmond has lots too but you'd need to drive or get the train.

There wasn't really anything we disliked.

This little gem of a boutique pub/hotel is worth the visit to Kew. Located close to the Kew Botanical Gardens, it has taken that theme to heart in it's decor. Many of the rooms have recently been redone and are so cozy and comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. Alicia, who runs reception, is outstanding and offers guests the best possible customer service. I will definitely visit again and plan a longer stay!Th

Not much not to like here...but maybe the pub dining menu could be updated a bit to include some fresher and lighter choices. For traditional pub grub, though, it is very good.

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well-maintained — housekeeping came in every day, which was really nice. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working during our stay, which was inconvenient. The location itself is great, but it’s a bit disappointing to see that no small renovations are being done — like fixing cracks, damp spots, and wall damage that could easily make the place feel much fresher. With a little maintenance, this hotel could be truly excellent.

I stayed at the Coach & Horses Kew Green for 9 nights, during a work trip. I must say that this is one of the best experiences I've ever had in terms of hospitality in London! First of all, the staff working there was very welcoming and thoughtful, especially Alicjia, who is one of the most kind and beautiful souls ever met! She is a true gem, treats every single guest as a long-standing friend and she makes you feel like home! Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices (buffet with baked goods, juice, fruits, cereal, yogurt etc. as well as a nice menu of cooked breakfast options), room was extremely quiet and clean, with proper room temperature, lots of amenities, and a super comfy bed! The location is ideal if you want to visit Kew Gardens and Richmond (Kew Gardens tube station is at a walking distance). Will definitely come back one day!

From the minute we checked in we felt welcome, from all the bar staff, and particularly from the receptionist. Rarely have we enjoyed such an experience as we did at this hotel. The restaurant staff were equally most pleasant, efficient and very attentive. Our one small hiccup at dinner was dealt with satisfactorily and promptly. Our room was absolutely charming and spacious.

Our only minor observation is that maybe we could have had an extra light in one corner of the bedroom. However this did not detract from the delight we took in staying there.
