Very good property. Peaceful, close to the main activity areas.

I think they could provide filtered drinking water, we had to keep buying water bottles, but it seems this is the norm there.

Breakfast was - for it's price - somehow overrated. But in the appartements you find a fully equipped kitchen and the supermarket is just 2 min walk. So no worries.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! Special mention to the warm welcome from Manuela: She even helped us with our luggage, and gave us the best takeaway recommendation! The place is very beautiful, and exceptionally clean (my cleaning wipes came back spotless!) You can rent bikes directly at the accommodation, and have them delivered at your door. Very convenient to explore the island. The breakfast is delicious, and the portions are generous. It includes toasts, eggs, meat options, daily pastries, fresh fruits, juice, coffee, and tea (special mention to the tasty vanilla Seychellois tea.) The staff is respectful and always ready to help. The location is great: a bike ride away from a few beautiful beaches, and a walking distance to restaurants, and supermarkets. It's 15 minutes away from the jetty. We stayed 4 nights, but I wouldn’t have minded a 5th! Keep in mind that there's an environmental tax: 25 SCR per night per person (paid directly at the hotel) Luggage storage is available until 4 PM. Very helpful if your ferry is after the 10 AM checkout time. Don’t hesitate to stay here! And a big thank you to everyone for making our honeymoon memorable.

Absolutely nothing.

The Hotel Cabanes, which we booked the day before, turned out to be a good choice. Its surroundings may not be ideal, but for a one-night stay, it didn't bother us. The hotel's greatest strength is the service, both at the reception and at breakfast. It was our wedding anniversary that day. A nice touch was the complimentary Prosecco in the room. You can also easily rent bikes on site for the duration of your stay.

Our room was closest to the street and reception, which we didn't like. However, since it was only one night and we booked last minute, there was no other option.

We visited on our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. We also thought the breakfast was delicious. The property is in a great location with many areas of the island within easy access by walking or cycling.

Cabanes Des Anges is a really beautiful place to stay on La Digue. The way they designed the pool surrounded by all the plants, its like a mini paradise in a big paradise. The rooms are very clean, just a few ants here and there, but that's unavoidable on an island. The manager Nadine was extremely friendly and helpful, including all the other staff on the property. You can rent bikes via them and they will drop them off and pick them up to avoid any hassle. The location is very good, with the best take away in walking distance, Rey & Josh Take Away. Just don't go to La Digue Supermarket because they are scammers.

We liked everything.

This was our second stay in Cabanes des Anges and it was just a perfect week! The apartment is spacious even with two little children. Everything was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with fresh flowers in the room, a tasty welcome drink and a lot of friendliness. I like this guesthouse because it has only nine rooms and it is really quite and relaxing. Breakfast improved since the last stay and it was really delicious :-) Hope that we will come back soon!

The bikes from the bike rental (Tatis), which is working with Cabanes des Anges are not the best. But it is possible to rent somewhere else, if they doesn't fit for you.

The stay was very good and comfortable. Nadine was so friendly and helpful. She helped us with renting the bicycles. The breakfast was fine. The location was quite close to the ferry station and we got discount for the best restaurant Fish Trap on La Digue with delicious and fresh food!

We had ants in the room and wardrobe. We could hear our neighbors speaking through the wall.

From providing an additional bed for our son at extremely short notice (his flight home was cancelled due to flooding at Dubai airport), to the warm welcome we received from Nadine at reception on arrival, we couldn't fault Cabanes Des Anges. Although we were only there for two nights, the self-catering apartment we were upgraded to had everything needed for a much longer stay, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to kick back and relax! Spotlessly clean, spacious and well located for all the islands sights and attractions it delivers exceptional value for money. Although it is centrally located, it feels like a peaceful oasis. A real gem, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. The small pool is an added bonus, great to cool down in after a day on the beach!
