The breakfast was delicious, it would have been nice to also have plant based milk option for my protein shake. I love that at 6 am you can smell the kitchen cooking the muffins. The hotel was immaculately clean. I probably could have made soup in the bathtub and drank out of the toilet it was so clean. It also smelled great when we walked in. Front desk was friendly. I love how the TV greets you when you come in very nice touch.

The water pressure and shower head was not that great and we have stayed at several same thing in every city. I know they are trying to save water but it's an outdated shower head with a small steam we prefer the shower heads at comfort suites or rain shower heads. Chilled half and half would have been better than the small cups and maybe a little more than just carbs like boiled eggs protein bars fresh fruit cups. Conditioner in the rooms we had to ask front desk and the bottles were small but smelled amazing. We love the hotels pick zero brand for hygiene and I'm actually gonna order some for home.

Everything was great! The ladies that worked the front desk on firday and Saturday were amazing. Also, my fiancee needed some lady products, and they told me it was complementary, which was also amazing. The breakfast was good! And the pool was clean so we're the rooms. Overall we will come back for another stay cation.

The desk people on Sunday weren't as great as the Friday or Saturday ladies were. I had asked a question and the lady on Sunday just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Definitely not as cheerfully and the first two ladies.

Breakfast was very good. Waffle 4-piece serving was exceptional. Hostess kept serving area and food clean and full. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated the room design with large table/desk in the middle of the room. All the accoutrements were in good order.

Not the fault of Hotel, but pre-teens one floor above were left alone in their room and were running, jumping and crashing until 10:00ish. Parents were obviously in adjoining room…no supervision. We did not report/complain to staff as we were watching TV and all stopped when we went to sleep.

We liked the size of the room and the location the bathroom was super clean and the tv had music stations we could play. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. They had shuttle service for our family to the airport and that helped alot! They allowed us to check out late.

We didn't like that we kept getting shocked! By everything we touched! It was not at the bottom in the lobby tho. It was super hot in the elevator and the hallways.

Very clean and very nice room. It was large and we didn't feel cramped. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent.

The beds are like slabs of concrete, and so is the couch. Pillows were very nice, and helped make the couch tolerable. The beds should not be this firm, we both woke up with back aches. We also did not like that the bathroom light also lights up the sink area, which lights up the entire room. During the night, that disturbs whoever is in bed sleeping.

The male staff member at the front desk was kind, accommodating and helpful. They had back up personal items which was incredibly helpful! The facility was mostly impeccable (it seems they forgot to clean under the bed), otherwise clean and comfortable.

One staff member in particular at the front desk was a little less than kind and accommodating. And the breakfast staff were annoyed and dismissive of foods that were running out.

The location

Did NOT appreciate the fact that the hotel advertised pet friendly only to add on a $75 non-refundable charge for our pets. When we booked the room through Booking.com and pre-paid, nowhere was there a mention of a pet charge. We traveled across the country pre'planning budgets, and now we aren't sure we can use your website. I need to find out myself what the fee will be. I'm not happy with how this unfolded. 😕

Breakfast was good. The hotel is pretty new, so it is very clean—no marihuana odor, typical of other hotels in the city. Employees were very kind and welcoming; the manager lady was very professional and attentive.

The hotel has a small indoor pool, which was mostly full; it was kept the best the employees could. But some users don't respect the rules, horse playing when there are babies around, and some small kids have to be taken out because of unruly teenagers.

We chose this hotel because we were flying in late and it was near the Airport and the Airport Car rental center. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. They drove us to get our rental car in the morning in between shuttle departures. My Wife loved the pool. It could of cost a little less but after a bad experience with the ABQ Comfort Inn down the road I've learned that you get what you pay for with airport hotels so it was worth it.

Wish it was about $30 buck cheaper but oh well.

The breakfast was fine. The scrambled eggs were surprisingly good. The waffle batter and waffle maker were nice and my family enjoyed their waffles. The potatoes and sausage were also tasty. Coffee was tasty. The woman managing the breakfast area was busy refilling and restocking everything and wiping things down.

No complaints.
