I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast; however, I enjoyed a plate of barbecue wings, and they were delicious. On another note, I enjoyed the experience overall. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Whatever I needed, one of the staff members made sure my request was honored. Also, checkout was at 11:00 a.m. when I asked if it was possible to checkout at noon, my request was honored. My flight was scheduled for late afternoon; however, I was allowed to check out at noon, and once I checked out, I was allowed to stay at the hotel until it was time for me to leave for the airport.

I would have preferred if water was provided daily instead of asking for bottled water.

Was a beautiful hotel. Parking in Albuquerque is always sketchy but fortunately they had 3 gated secure parking areas! Super clean rooms and TV cable selection was great. Shampoo and conditioner was one of the best ever in a hotel! And bla

Coffee maker was broken in our room but the staff down stairs comped us 2 coffees. I could hear stomping starting early morning from guests in the hallway that actually woke me up. Not the best situation if your trying to sleep in.

The room was very comfortable. Amenities were convenient.

There are multiple "business centers" but none of them work. Very frustrating.

Very clean, friendly staff, dog friendly, free parking, large rooms with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Lovely photo art on the walls

requested walkin our room did not have one but the seat to put into the tub was difficult to use at first have a maintance person or other assist you in installing the seat since it slipped on me and bruised my knee also the handheld shower did not work the shades were difficult to raise or lower

Desk staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to solve our issues. Very comfortable room.

Room needs a table with a drawer between beds. Poor design Restaurant was not good. Poor selection. Staff useless

When we made reservations it said breakfast was included. We booked two separate rooms. Breakfast was not included, we were told that after check-in.

Hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner. Staff were very also very pleasant, and secure on site parking for $8 a day was unbelievable compared to what we have paid in other hotels during our trip.

I got the room for my daughters and a friend for the Comic Con. Rooms were excellent as well as security was very good. Wish the city security was half as good for the convention
