A truly wonderful apartment with the most amazing view. It's a completely new adaptation of a building that was probably from the 1950s. It’s adjacent to an older hotel across the street, where the breakfast room is located. The breakfast there is equally amazing.

The only way to reach the apartment is by crossing the highway on foot. 7 kilometers from Trieste where it is difficult to find a parking spot. While the apartment is marketed as pet-friendly, there is no pavement for walking pets, and it's not safe to cross the busy road. There is a beach that can be accessed by a lift, but both the lift and the beach are closed from October to May.

This was the thirteenth hotel on our trip, so it's harder to swoon over it, but the view is truly fantastic. I chose it for the private terrace, and for the hot tub experience with a sea view, it delivered in full. The apartment is new, clean - the workmanship is so Mediterranean - it rattles and shakes here and there. There are squirrels living in the neighboring trees and there is a train track running behind the trees - fortunately not too loud. We had a good time - the breakfast was great, I booked a table in the restaurant one evening, the service was nice but not attentive and the food was not value for money. The private parking is a treasure in the area.

Maybe they could provide more information about how to use the switches, air conditioning or kitchen appliances. Also, as usual, about the surroundings - zero information about these, not even a QR code.

The apartment was exactly as it looked on the pictures. Thoughtful design, functional places, nice furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items, perfect for 2 guests. Dishwasher, combi oven (with microwave and steam oven functions), induction hob, fridge, wine cooler - nicely built in the kitchen island. The bed is amazingly comfortable, the bedroom is generously spacious, with enough wardrobe space for storage. Also the bathroom looks stylish, it is very clean (thanks to daily cleaning) and the designers treated the space generously. Parking is free at the hotel, just have to cross the street to reach the apartment. An elevator takes to the floors. We also got a very nice pet package upon arrival - special thanks for that, it was very attentive. The stuff was kind and helpful, we got all the support we needed. It was a great experience even in February, I'm sure this is a miraculous place during spring and summer.

The wine cooler runs 24hours a day, which was a bit noisy, but only in the living area; it did not have any effect on our sleeping The WiFi was not so stable (it requested log in every time when unlocked our devices) - but overall it worked well The heating system was not very efficient; sitting in the apartment for 2-3 hours while working, I got cold. When we turned on the heating it was noisy, and the temperature rose only 1 celsius in 4 hours. But during the night, after taking a hot shower, it was good, we slept well. Walking with the dogs are not easy - heavy traffic in front of the apartments, no green areas they can freely walk (the forest around the apartments are not available). But is is still manageable, just requires some organisation.

You can not have a walk around the place, there is no pavement beside the country road. Every time you need to use a car or bicycle to arrive a place to walk. The apartment is fantastic, but some maintenance would be needed

The design of the apartments, the view, the location, the breakfast, the garden. The staff is very kind and the hotel is dog-friendly, even the restaurant and breakfast room.

Busy stretch of road in front of the building. Due to the ongoing renovation work in the building, it is not possible to get to the zebra crossing, so you have to cross the road where, despite the 30 sign, cars are speeding by at 80+ kmph.

The view from the room was beautiful. The equipment and furnishing is like on the pictures.

To reach Maximilian Suites you have to go across the main road that was quite busy and the cars are not willing to stop at the zebra. I would not send my kid out alone to pick something from the car at the parking spot.

The apartments were on top: very stylish and convenient. We loved the view and the perfectly organized beach facilities. Also, cheers to the best staff: so attentive and friendly!

The suite was large and beautifully equipped. Comfortable bed. Great views. Free parking. Excellent restaurant breakfast and dinner.
