The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and a ten minute bus ride to the center of Trieste. Accommodation is located on a quiet residential street, with parking available. The studio was exactly like in the pictures, spacious and cosy. AC and ceiling fan were a great addition but there was not much need for them as the studio was cool inside (outside temperature was over 30C). Check in is easy with the key boxes and pretty straightforward, we also met the host Renzo who was very welcoming.

We came for 3 nights. It's hard to imagine a better place in Trieste. Great location close to the seaside promenade and not far from the city center. A wonderful, hospitable host. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe. An additional advantage is the history of this place. The old medical wine factory has been turned into a cozy hotel. There are many objects on site reminding the history of this villa.

On the departing day (check out at 12.00) the cleaning lady was there 2 hours before. She began to clean our room although our things were still there. As we came in the appartment at 10.30 and wanted to shower after jogging, we had to send her away and use the already cleaned bathroom again. She was friendly and hardworking, but we didn t understand why she didn t wait till we left... Parking is a problem...we were lucky to find a parking place on the street, but the streets were really full.

Very warm welcome and hosting, we received all the needed info before the arrival and during our stay. Accomodation very stylish in the structure of an old winery factory, authentic Italian architecture, nicely renovated. Very good aircond, comfy mattress and good utilities in general..the quiet nice garden was a plus. Parking was not an issue. I totally recommend for families.

Everything was perfect, you have a little cozy house for your own in a quiet part of Trieste. The self-check-in was super easy and we found a free parking spot on a side street 1 minute of walking from the location. It is really close to the walkway near the sea and we found an exceptional pastry shop with outside terrace nearby. We had everything we could possibly need, the place is spacious and very interesting with that interior stair and roof windows. Everything looks rustic elegant, we would definitely want to come back here and stay more than a night. Outside there is a garden where we could smoke.

The location is really good. As well as the apartments. Everything is fantastic, except for noise protection.

Sound protection is absolutely horrible. You can hear every word from your neighbors. All listening to the TV show together. So be ready for that. Maybe some plugs can help.

We love this apartment and stayed here for the second time. Despite the retro style, everything works as it should: a comfortable large bed, strong and hot shower, the kitchen has everything you need.

Difficulties with getting the keys to the apartment spoiled the impression, the room was very cold, it seemed that we were not expected.

Super close to the beach and easy access to busses. Host was lovely and welcoming. The accommodation exceeded all our expectaions - very cute and a lovely place to hang out with friends.

The Host vas very kind and helpful. He provided us bicycles and information, how to reach the Airport (there is a nearby bus stop No. G51 before Gelateria Pippolo).Due to luggage room opportunity we could use the property in the very last day.

Quite a bit of of room for 2 people, nice staff, not to expensive. And the area has a few restaurants but I'm general is very close to the city for much more options
