We really enjoyed our stay in Triestè59 B&B; the apartments are located in an amazing house, designed with great taste, surrounded by a beautiful garden. There's everything that you would need during a city break: comfortable bed, AC, really cool jacuzzi tub to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Hosts are friendly and welcoming, tasty breakfast is served on the terrace if the weather is nice. Bear in mind that the B&B is located uphill (as most of the city is), so walking to the city center downstairs is nice but better to take a bus/taxi on the way back.

The room could be a bit bigger - apart from that everything was great. Due to the location of the house and the colors of the interior design it might seem a little dark but during the hot summer months it's surely a plus.

Loved it was in a very quiet green area. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning worked well, which we were very grateful for as it was 32 degrees. The special Japanese style toilet The breakfast was plentiful and fresh in beautiful surroundings. Private parking which was excellent. 11 minute walk down the steps took you straight into Trieste centre. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Both accommodation and the breakfast served were simply fantastic. Instead of using a room, we ended up using a part of the house, nicely secluded from the rest and forming a small apartment with a private bathroom. The room was equipped according to the highest standards, bathroom as well, extra clean and the beds were as hard and comfy as we like them. Old cypresses in front of the house, surrounding our balcony, added to the charm of the place and made a sleepover here an extra pleasurable event :) Hosts were great, forthcoming and really helpful when it comes to how to easily reach the place (not to get stuck in the narrow streets on the way) and supportive e.g., with the bus tickets for getting around and with some really useful sightseeing tips.

The beauty of Sabrina and Lorenzo's home was amazing! They were gracious, kind, generous hosts who were so helpful! We loved their perfect hospitality, the decor details and the beauty of our room and balcony, along with the scrumptious breakfast! We highly recommend Trieste59B&B!! Thank you for being the perfect last stop on our 25 day European adventure! Thank you, so much!!

This is a real B&B, the hosts live on the premises and there are only 3 rooms, so it's really cozy. The house is amazingly designed, full of eye-candy and style, you can tell that the hosts took years collecting nice things and arranging them around the property for their own enjoyment -- but now you can enjoy them as well! They are super nice and friendly, if you want advice on what to do around town or just a nice chat over breakfast, they are always around (but not so much "around" that you feel uncomfortable at all!) The rooms are spacious and each has something great -- a balcony overlooking the yard or a jacuzzi -- and the beds are great. The furnishings are high-quality, better than you would get in most hotels. If you are arriving by car, there is parking on the premises -- but do listen to the hosts about the direction you should approach the house from, otherwise you can have a challenging drive up the narrow and steep alleys (but the way they advise is totally without issues, even if 2-3 minutes longer). All in all, a great experience and we will surely be back!

This is not a critique at all, since we knew this in advance -- but be aware that Trieste is hilly and if you are not athletic, you will need to take a bus or a taxi from downtown to reach this place. However, this is inexpensive and convenient, and the fantastic accommodation makes it more than worthwhile. Still, it is something to know if you are booking here.

This is a comfortable , charming and exceptional B&B . Everything was great from the friendly and helpful welcome , to the excellent breakfast, parking and information and bus tickets to help us travel to the centre of Trieste and negotiate the city. Follow the directions sent to find the BnB when arriving by car, as it can be a little challenging otherwise. The Wifi is really good too and so is the air conditioning! Wonderful B&B with lovely owners. A villa which really feels like you are staying in someone's home, amazing breakfast with delicious coffee, parking right outside. The rooms were very clean and well looked-after. A lovely balance of professionalism and homeliness.

The route to the city centre is via steep steps, which for us was no problem, but for others maybe something to consider. But there is also a bus which stops right outside and you can always buy a ticket at the B&B, a thoughtful touch.

We definetely recommend the accomodation. Proprietors are very nice. The rooms were well furnished with quality beds, clean and maintened daily. Breakfast was rich. Propietors were helpful with recommendations on where to go in the city, bus tickets were also available. In the beginning, they recommended the way to the accomodation to avoid the narrow street. Parking was accessible and large enough. We are glad that we could spent time here and we definitely recommend the accomodation :) Jan&Valeria

The hosts were very friendly, the place was spotlessly clean, the room was very nice and modern, the breakfast excellent.

The location was a bit far from the city center and the parking places a bit tight but these are not important problems.
