The staff are friendly and willing to help. The location was good with restaurants a short walk away. The room was clean and well stocked. Our request for extra towels and hangers was responded to quickly. The gym was clean, it is large with good quality equipment including a Peloton. It would be nice to have 12lb weights as well. The breakfast was typical, and the potatoes were actually freshly cut potatoes and not the frozen kind.

Three couples booked thru this site. After driving 6 hours to get Albuquerque, no reservations were found under any of our names, even tho each of us had rec'd conformation #s at least two times including an hour before our arrival. We had to wait in the lobby at least two hours for our room assignments without any compensation. Won't use this site again.

My husband is a carpet cleaner. He observed the carpets in rooms and hallways needed a good cleaning.

Loved ur breakfast had an issue with my TV. It did take the staff a day to send someone but once I told them again they switched us to a different room. Staff was very friendly and awesome. We got delayed from our flight called the hotel I explained everything and I think her name was Claudia understood and she noted it. First time staying and it was a great experience. We would go back again.

There was nothing I didn't dislike. I did see dust here and there but that's not such a big deal.

Very kind stuff at all times of the day, the wooow breakfast, very good coffee. Albuquerque is so nice and after spending the day in the good company all you wish for is a good place to spend the night to charge your batteries and this is a great place to do that.

Everything was on walking distance. Great location to golfing and so many restaurants to choose from.

The bed! Not so comfortable and woke up very sore. It could have been just me, but I will definitely be back!

I booked my room through Booking.com. I was double charged for two of the three rooms. When I contacted the front desk to get it corrected, Heather went to great lengths to correct it and keep me informed what was going on.

The whole thing. I especially liked Anna at check in ( both stays ) she was so kind and knowledgeable very willing to accommodate what my room needs would be and was willing to help me stay organized with my travel and room. Please consider her for a raise, she has valuable customer service skills that should not go un-noticed.

The breakfast wasn't bad at all. The staff we amazing, we had some little kids knocking on out door till about 11pm they went up and got onto them. The beds and pillows were so comfy.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was kind and helpful as well.
