Reception staff friendly and professional. The serving staff at dinner and breakfast always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, have a small fridge, TV, wardrobe, safe, iron and ironing board. A complimentary bottle of water. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The room is spacious with a comfy sitting area. The bathroom is spacious . Good soap, shampoo and conditioner. Good towels, good water pressure. Tissues. Lovely city views. The breakfast buffet that was included offers 3 fresh fruits, cereals, muesli, yogurt. There is salad, cold meats, 3 different cheeses, the hot meal changes, pancakes, chicken, eggs and a corn dish. You have bread to toast brown or white, rolls, croissants , cake, jelly. Tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, juice and water. It was sumptuous and delicious. The pool area is lovely with views of the city. Water is clean and nice seating area. There is a gym, and a laundry area to wash and dry your clothes with was a nice touch. I bought coins at reception. I stored my big suitcase at $10 a day when I travelled to Bocas del Torro, which was very handy. I would definitely stay here again when in Panama. The metro is down the road as is convenient especially in peak hour traffic. Uber was easy to use. It is central to everywhere.

What I liked about Marinn Place is that I made good friends with Hary, Henry and Lheidys. They are awesome. The staff they were all friendly, but these three went above and beyond. They made sure my stay was good and they were very attentive. Muchas Gracias to Lheidys, Hary and Henry.

The reason that I gave Marinn Place a 8 is the fact that someone tried to open my suitcases. ( I always took pictures of where I left my combo numbers and they were changed). So I put another lock on my suitcases. Management should have meetings with there staff about messing with people's personal belongs.

Very comfortable room, nice and modern

Check in was a nightmare, not possible until 3 pm (option of an early check in available at $35 ) around 30 people queueing in lobby with luggage was very poor, it was a 35 minute wait. very badly managed by hotel, would not use again

Modern, large room with lots of natural light. Bed was very comfortable, with high quality linen and pillows. Bathroom was spacious and shower pressure was good. having a lounge area and desk/chair made it a very comfortable 4 night stay. The breakfast was more western/continental than you’d expect, but a good vairety of food (even for a vegetarian like me). The wifi was strong and reliable while I was staying. The only time I heard other guests was when they stood out in the hallways yelling to each other between rooms (I really hate that!!). It’s a very short walk from the El Carmen metro stop, making it easier to get from the airport and around town on the excellent metro system and local buses along the main road. Would definitely stay again when visiting Panama.

Staff were generally very helpful and there was always an English speaker on the desk. Only one reception person was pretty abrupt. I did ask upon arrival if they had a list or any local emergency dental offices as I’d knocked my front tooth out, but they didn’t have a list. Many large hotels who cater to tourists and business, do have emergency references, and I think this is the only thing I would recommend as an improvement.

Great location and value. The service personnel were kind and professional. There are restaurants within walking distance - American and various cultural foods. The room was spacious and there was counter space in bathroom. We had a great city view & a small water view. The breakfast was good and they had a variety of options. The pool and top patio areas were really nice and they offer a fitness area.

Nothing really. If being picky would say the bathroom needs a fan.

Everything worked well for us, except the issue on arrival.

Arriving at the hotel 1 h after midnight and after about 17 hours of journey, we were told " sorry we are fully booked"...they, however, relocated us to a nearby hotel (more expensive and less quality), but after a small debate accepted us back in Marinn. But why didn't they inform us about the issue before? I even asked a few days if our reservation was ok and reception worked 24/7 - the answer wss YES....

Room was outstanding. Large, great view of the city. You pay more for a Motel 6 filled with cockroaches and drug addicts in the parking lot. Breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was excellent, cleaning staff was good. Safe area, short walk to the park along the bay. Nice desk to do mobile work from.

Nothing really to complain about, I was very happy with our stay.

The most memorable part of my stay was being served by Senor Henry. His customer service is top tier, and his drinks suggestion was everything. The food at the restaurant was very good but not the breakfast (that was just ok). The hotel was very clean too and house cleaning came every day. Would definitely stay again.

The water drainage needs some fixing, very delayed.

This hotel is really amazing. Great staff. Perfect location. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend!

My room didn’t get a bathtub as it was shown. Breakfast was very repetitive.

staff was super friendly especially Katiushka.she made my stay even more awesome and the fact that she speaks english was definitely a plus .

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room.
