Excellent value for the price considering breakfast included. Staff excellent. Rooms nice with clean bathrooms and comfy beds.

Would love a more robust breakfast options but really very good for the price.

Big room

Breakfast was okey, but we missed some things like more fruit, eggs, bacon. But still good.

I loved how welcoming the place was upon entry. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony had a good view of the city. It was also very clean and the decor was classy, light, and modern. The breakfast was really good and the dining area is quite nice. The gym was well equipped, has a steam room, and was conveniently located next to the pool. The hotel is more of a business/boutique hotel, but quite comfortable and conveniently located in downtown Panama City. It is close to convenient stores, restaurants, shopping malls, and just 10min drive from the historic town of Casco Viejo. It's definitely good value for money and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this beautiful city.

NO COMPLAINTS

It was central to most places, good for walking and we could see their Independence Day celebrations, fireworks etc from our balcony. The hotel dining menu was much better than the off site restaurants and more palatable. It was good that we had underground parking where you have easy access from walking out the lobby. We were able to walk to near by shops for groceries etc The malls were within 15mins drive with the traffic being so horrendous all the time except midday and Sundays. The room was comfortable and our floor housekeeper Yanette was great supplied us with water daily, God knows we needed because it was hot outside and we had to just leave the car sometimes and walk to any little nearby store we could find, some was quite reasonably priced. I love that the hotel was surrounded by skyscrapers so, the shade was good sometimes. The bed was comfortable, we were also able to find a few English tv channels because also nothing was in English not even the people.

The Christmas decorations and the room

I have been to Panama City several times and like this location which is close to the El Carmen Metro Station and easy walking to many restaurants. The rooms are a good size with a desk to work at and well fitted shower rooms. It is remarkably good value for money.

The restaurant area is most of the ground floor. Breakfast is a buffet and seems to change some hot food each day. There is one machine to make toast which only toasts one side and so you have to reinsert to toast both sides. It's OK, not outstanding.

If you need a hotel in Panama, I recommend this one. Lovely staff. Beautiful facilities and very accommodating. I spent my birthday there, May 22nd and was able to get a private dinning area and plan my own menu. We also had a personal waiter. The buffet breakfast which is included, has many choices and changes every day. Plus you can order extra sides that are not on the buffet for a charge. The bar stays open on Saturday nights through Sunday night. Nice place to hang out and have a late snack.

The pool area didn't have much coverage.

The hotel is centrally located in the quiet business district of Panama City. The breakfast is very good and so is the dinner. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Transportation is great. Near to Del Carmen Subway station, buses and there are always taxis around. Close to many shopping malls.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

The location was great, staff really friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great margaritas done from the wonderful bar staffs. Would surely come back to that hotel on a next visit again to Panama

There is a long queue on some days in the morning for breakfast. But it seems to be well managed. On the other side would have been great if that hotel could have an european adapter for plugs to charge batteries for example. Otherwise it was all fine there

The hotel is located very close to a metro station and to the waterfront. The room, the bathroom and the beds were really big and I also liked that the room was cool, without turning on the ventilation, even if outside the temperature and the humidity were really high.

The breakfast was diverse from day to day, but overall could have been better if there were more foods to choose from.

Very good location, good wifi and helpful staff. The hotel has good views to the city. Car rental just around the corner. A quiet place in the center. Basically, it is ok for a short stay.

Double beds were too small for 2 people. Toilets are separated from the room by a matted sliding glass door - basically, there is no door, so no sound proofing. Matted glass window from the room to the shower lets you see what does a silhouette of a person do there. Breakfast could also be more wide - and they don't offer juices available on the buffet table, you have to ask waiter for it. In the evening you may wait for the food for too long - we were waiting for mojito for about 30 mins.
