The hotel was larger then I expected. This hotel has a real resort feel compared to some of the other hotels in the area. The room was huge, nice sitting area with a view of the pool. The bed was super comfortable. Bottled water was provided daily and some complementary cookies the first night only(which were good) Breakfast was just okay for me because I don't eat pork.

The pool is large and beautiful, but needs to be cleaned more often. I saw the pool being cleaned every morning, but once is not enough. There was also very minimal stains on the furniture and dried stains on the floor near the night stand. Lastly the air condition wasn't that reactive to the controls.

It was a wonderful vacation staying 11 nights at the El Panama Hotel in March 2024. It is very central and very clean. My room was huge. The employees at the reception, the restaurant, house keeping and maintainance are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffett was large and tasty, with lots to choose. The pool is big and the area around green with palm trees. 2 nice cats live around the pool. Every day clean pool towels. The Piña Coladas at the pool bar are delicious. In my opinion the only hotel in Panama city with such a beautiful pool area. The hotel itself dates back to the 1960s and has the flair of the old days and local style, exactly what I wanted. Here and there they are in the process of making small necessary improvements, the mattresses are a bit soft, the AC regulators in some rooms need to be changed. Solutions were provided quickly by the staff and I was able to have a relaxing time. I will be back soon.

The excellent person and very good take care and I recommend for everybody. They can go over there and have a good time. The food is good I love Neftali, the front door and I remember the name for her. She’s so nice. She’s so beautiful person in your heart. Israel but not ten I no remember the name thank you so much for everything.

I think Sunday the last day they can make a big party bubble like the more better every Sunday in the last day

Huge room, comfortable beds. Bar and restaurants good. Breakfast good. Fabulous swimming pool.

The bathroom was outdated, mould growing on tiles in shower area and on ceiling. We pulled the fridge out to get Nespresso machine plugged in. Dirty behind, maid did not clean. Only two Nespresso capsules provided. Asked to pay for more, just mean!!

ALL staff great you with Respect, they acknowledge you when you speak to them comparing with other hotels I stay when I go to Panama, example the Hilton & HOTEL Riu breakfast has a lot of variety, the young man from the pool they very nice they make your stay more comfortable apart from the rooms I give then a 10

There were many great things about this hotel. Large room, comfortable bed with a lot of pillows, friendly staff, modern decor, great breakfast, three restaurants on site, well-kept garden and pool, next to a metro station, nice city views, live music on Sunday at breakfast.

The shower was ok but not great. Water pressure was disappointing, and the "hot" water wasn't hot. The curtains did't keep the room very dark. I needed an eye mask.

The hotel has a good location, the breakfast in the morning at restaurant Las Molas was amazing they have a variety of everything and the staff members always happy and ready to help. The rooms are big, beds super comfy plus my room had a balcony with pool view and also you could see the big buildings surrounding the hotel. Great hotel fully recommended.

The 2nd day of my stay I had to report the room for cleaning, once reported they came and clean the room, although I believe they hadn't came because they occupation rate was always high I would say that was the reason. But after that they came every day to clean the room.

we love the cabanas. it is like a resort vacation without a beach but with a big pool. the location is ideal - it gives easy access to everything. And when you come back from the vibrant city and enter through the the doors the garden / pool site / open air restaurant, it feels immediately relaxed and peaceful (even though on weekends it may be more like beach party on one night, but that is fun, too). Although the Hotel already has a long history, it looks very well maintained. Staff is outstanding and well organised (everywhere: reception, restaurants, maid, pool, house service). Any issue (if so) gets taken care of instantly and will be solved. We have been staying at the hotel / cabins a few times over the years and we always liked it. And it seems the high quality standard and family like atmosphere is improving further. A further plus is that everyone in Panama knows the Hotel and it is, therefore, easy to meet with friends and family.

Very spacious the pool was beautiful I love the swim up bar and the drinks were Excellent

It was difficult as an English speaking person to understand the menu and how to order room service I also didn’t like the coffee in the room and that machine and it should have had a kettle for hot water

My room was on the pool garden area and it was very nice and private with a feeling like you were on a bungalow that I like very much. Dinners at the restaurant by the pool were great: we had pizza one night and the other night the barbecue that was delicious and very well served.

There were constant problems with the towels for my 3 days stay, what could upset many guests. Breakfast was good, but the omelette station was very slow and although they were different staff on different days it seems they were new making omelettes.
