The room was spacious and comfortable, more than what we needed as a family of four. We liked that the room had enough clean sheets and towels, and best of all, they provided sets of pajamas for us during our stay. Excellent service from the front desk as well.

There was not much to complain about because everything worked out very well. We were provided with enough coffee and tea and there was a microwave that we could use. Maybe the microwave area could be better fitted out for doing some basic heating up of food, making instant noodles, etc. The library was a great place to relax and do business.

The hotel is very close to Kanazawa Station, just take the underpass at the West Exit and you are there. There is a 7-11 just below it so was very easy to buy snacks and other stuff. The hotel room itself was good enough to squeeze 4 beds and have some walking space. It has the usual amenities and was clean. The toilet itself was good and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional, responding to our requests very immediately.

Not a nitpick but just sharing. As it was winter, the 'aircon' system was set to warm only. We were not aware and it became hot and stuffy in the room. The staff shared that we can leave it off and open the window which we did but only for a short while because the cold winter wind was rather harsh. In the end, the staff did bring us an standing fan so there is ventilation in the room.

We were in a deluxe twin room, which was very spacious, with super comfortable beds, nice sitting area, good amenities in the bathroom, and just down the hall from both the small fitness centre and a reading room. The hotel was a 5min walk from Kanazawa Station, around which there are multiple restaurant and shopping options. There's a 7/11 right beside the hotel. I was able to park securely at the hotel for a small fee.

We liked everything, but it would have been good to have a breakfast option offered when booking, or even offered upon arrival.

The size of the room was the best part of our stay. After staying in so many tiny rooms in Japan, being here felt like we finally had space for ourselves and luggage. It's big even compared to normal hotels, but it's enormous compared to japanese hotels. The location is also perfect, close to the station so close to buses, trains, shinkansen and everything. The breakfast beside some regular food had a few very tasty Japanese dishes, we liked that too. Overall it was a really pleasant stay. Also, Kanazawa exceed by far our expectations.

They had turned off the central air conditioning and it was stifling in our room. Had to open window and request a fan. Closed window overnight but kept fan on which was needed. They really need to consider the temperature and forecast before turning to heat rather than doing on 1st November rigidly. Breakfast options for westerners were limited besides the usual scrambled eggs made from a packet and a few small pastries. Coffee was pretty bad from a drip vacuum pump.

Huge room! Largest hotel I've ever stayed at before in Japan. Location is decently close to Kanazawa station and there is a 7-Eleven next door. Overall great value for the roomy space where you can actually lay out your luggage and still have lots of room to walk around. Helpful staff and eager to assist.

Bathroom had a mildew smell that we just couldn't get rid of. Coin laundry has 4 units, so finding one to use when it is busy can be a challenge.

Everything was perfect and it was great value for money. The room that we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was centrally located and a short flat 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s the best one that we have stayed in our 3 weeks of travelling around Japan.

Everything was perfect

Location opposite main Kanazawa train station was very convenient, with convenience store just on the ground floor a big bonus. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and could easily accommodate family of 5. Breakfast was a spread with lots of options. On rainy days, hotel offered free umbrella for our comfort and use.

Reception staff was approached to assist us to make a local call in Japanese. They could have been a bit more helpful.

The largest, most luxurious room of our entire 18-day stay in Japan, comparable to any upscale hotel stay in the USA. The hotel watched our luggage for free prior to check-in and all day after check-out while we did our sightseeing tour of the city.

This was the only hotel during our stay where being close to the train station meant there weren't many tourist sites within easy walking distance. It was also a very North American style hotel, so it lacked some of the authenticity and charm we liked at hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo.

The hotel is just few minutes walking from Kanazawa Station, but a bit far from city center. Our family room is clean and quite spacious in comparison to most of standard hotel rooms in Japan. Bathroom amenities are sufficient and in good quality.

The location is very near from Kanazawa Station but not in walking distance to most of sightseeing in Kanazawa. However, you can catch bus and trains easily from station.
