This hotel went above and beyond. Eduardo who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful. We checked in late as it was a last minute loss of our booked accomodation that made us re-plan and the Punthill with its 24 hour check in ability was a perfect solution. The room was comfy, spacious, with easy access. It was fully equipped with everything the traveller could possibly need. The parking was easy with 2 options in or outside of a secure compound. Due to the lateness of our arrival, we went for the free option as this was well lit and covered by security cameras. Although not relevent to our stay, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station (<200 metres) making it ideal for commuting to and from the CBD. Highly recommend.

There was nothing that needed improvement at all.

The coffee station in the Lobby. The staff. The room. The amenities for the shower and dishwasher. The location for our purpose (needed to be in Caroline Springs every day) The WIFI. Cleanliness.

Shower leaking. 1 lift only caused unexpected and annoying delays. Why charge so high for car parking when there was always space? Saucepans and frypan packed in to a cupboard to a point where I broke a saucepan lid trying to get everything out. The induction stove was impossible to understand. The doors bang shut so loudly. My family is conscious of not disturbing neighbours, so we take care to shut the door carefully, but if you let the door shut by itself......BANG!!!! Many guests allowed that to happen (including the Fire Stairs doors which were often the most prompt way to get downstairs.) Some guests were very loud during normal sleeping hours....OK for me and my son, but surely not OK for light sleepers.

The apartments are amazing. The staff are also amazing and the facilities are great too. If you're not a member, I strongly advise you to register as there are perks. Love staying here and the fact the apartments have their own washer/dryer in each room is awesome.

There just needs to be flannel towels provided and a laminated print out of how to operate the Washer/Dryer properly as the first time I used it, my washing took three hours to wash, and then dry.

Location, parking offstreet (at extra cost), cleanliness of room, etc.. Staff were pleasant and efficient also.

Access to live TV seemed impossible. I love to keep up-to-date with news, current affairs, etc. - but was unable to access any live news channels form our room. The $35.00 daily charge for off-street parking seemed a little steep as well. Park spaces were quite limited. The almost total lack of information, guides, etc about the local area was annoying also. This could easily be corrected.

I loved the location, although there’s a train station near by, it was extremely quiet! Although we didn’t get access to parking, it looked extremely safe. Even parking on the street was wonderful as it’s located somewhere that isn’t busy. We were able to see our car from our apartment as well which was awesome for those who would be a bit scared to leave their car outside the property. Bathroom was lovely, bed was comfy and the entire room felt really cozy.

If you’re arriving after hours, it may be a bit trickier to get in since reception shuts at 9pm. Luckily for us, we didn’t have to wait too long on the phone to guide us with what we have to do.

This is a new hotel located within walking distance (about 100) m from the train station at Sunshine. The rooms are very well equipped with washer/dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens and a fridge/freezer plus all cooking utensils. The staff are excellent and worked very hard to assist us. One thing to note is that this facility is far bigger than it appears in the photos (there are 90 rooms at this facility).

Very clean lobby and inside apartment, very friendly staff, very nice to have coffee/tea and snacks available at reception, complete setup in apartment with washing machine/dryer/dishwasher, two bathrooms/showers, comfortable beds, picked this property because of nearby event.

Location was not great, lots of people all day and night smoking near the entrance and parking of property, made us feel a bit unsafe walking from car to property entrance.

The staff were amazing, responded to every problem or request with grace, and a willingness to rectify the issue asap and even offered a small token of compensation unprompted

The servicing seemed to include beds made and towels refreshed but not cleaning. The bathroom floor was a touch gross by the end of the week

We travelled from Adelaide to compete in a Basketball Tournament and the Hotel was 7 min drive to the tourney so it was perfect location for us. Hotel staff that lived on site was super friendly and super helpful. Thank you.

I believe it is a new hotel, so just some small suggestions - there were no tissue boxes in the bathroom or out in the rooms and no toothbrush holder glass for the bathroom. That's all. Thank you.

Property seems to be very new, so our suite was modern and comfortable. Very spacious. Nice comfortable beds.

We weren’t able to lower the temperature on the air conditioning. Our suite wasn’t serviced for the 3 nights we were there, even though we put the ‘please service’ sign out every day.
