The rooms are located at the rear of the property, well back from the road and it’s busy traffic noise. The bathroom has been recently renovated with new floor and wall tiles as well as new fixtures. The adjoining restaurant was the highlight of our stay with a thoroughly enjoyable cuisine experience.

The floor at the end of the bed had a noticeable dip as if it’s in need of repair. Parking bays could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Older motel that has been remodelled in a nice modern style. Comfy beds. Plenty of parking for larger vehicles from rural areas. Pool and star welcomed. Late check out after a concert. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bus at door. Excellent value for money. Easy to find on Ballarat Rd. Restaurant on site.

Location was off main public transport routes to the city. Multiple stops to complete journey.

I really liked the service provided by staff, they provided an exceptional service from reception, housekeeping staff to restaurant staff. Food was delicious 😋 still raving on about it now. definitely will stay again in future, highly recommend.

Rooms could do a bit of an upgrade... simple paint or wallpaper with theme. maybe even a slight refit of bathroom facilities.

Great water pressure in the shower. High mounted shower head too that my 201cm tall husband could fit under. That doesn’t happen often!

It’s a little dated. Most of the fixtures in the bathroom were wonky and loose. Bed was too soft- my husband and I kept rolling into the middle. Too much light outside (sensor lights would be a great idea) and blinds didn’t cover windows enough to stop the sun peeping through in the morning.

The lace is old on the outside, inside furnishings and amenities were quite modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Other facilities were better than expected.

Parking was a bit tight but considerate neighbours soon solved that problem and that is the way it should be, people working together

Rooms were great for the price and better than expected. Parking seemed secure. Restaurant was very good with a great menu. I will happily stay here again in the future.

Some neighbours were noisey in the car park late at night on the first night but that wasn’t the motel’s fault. Overall no real bad things to say

The Bed was so hard,Very noisy room guest either side of us as we are non Smokers it was very hard to walk outside our room without getting hit by the Smoke fom the people standing outside our room smoking and Talking very loudly at all hours of the night

big car park, nice sized rooms, clean and confrontable. check in was fine and the room was warm. well signed from the street. pool looked good but i didn't use.

the free wifi which was highlighted on all the signs for the venue didn't work well. it was slow and dropped out a number of times. check in was fine but could have been faster.

There we’re plumbing issues with the toilet, it was blocked. We noticed it when we returned from our event we had attended. It was late so we didn’t contact anyone and it had solved itself by the morning and we had left before reception was open.

Receptionist is very nice and friendly, very helpful with my inquiry

Housekeepers are very snob and gives you dirty looks. Not friendly. Not even Hi. Needs a bit more training with customer service
