Bedroom was roomy enough (we were just staying overnight to be close to airport for early morning flight ) so we weren’t after a room to ‘move around in or spend time in’. Bed comfortable (two generously-sized singles joined together) and room was quiet - didn’t hear traffic or train noises. Air conditioner was a little rattle so we turned it off in early morning so room did get a bit stuffy. Bathroom good size, shower lots of room to move around and good water pressure.

The room was large and comfortable and the location was close to shops but still quiet. We had a lovely meal in the bistro and all the staff were so nice and helpful.

We went to make coffee in the morning but realised there was no sugar. Luckily there was a bakery nearby.

Staff was welcoming & explained everything in detail. Very helpful. Rooms were clean & neat & bed was very comfortable. The rooms were spacious.

Nothing to do with the hotel but we were woken up to a group of men having a fight outside the hotel. The police arrived & it was all quiet. I guess it is a pub/hotel & these things happen.

Apartment was huge. Beds were comfortable ++. Plenty of towels. Breakfast packs were awesome,even though weren't supposed to have them as didn't book direct. Free round of drinks at bar (beer, wine or soft drink/juice) for the 5 of us. 10% discount in food in the bistro. Food was amazing. Staff were amazing. Really comfortable stay.

male security staff and male gaming staff were amazing. checked in on Friday 21/4/23 at 11pm and they were very accommodating.

1. if it had a lift it would have been perfect 2. the bistro opened for breakfast. 3. female staff were not as friendly and when we asked for coffee she just didn’t care which coffees I ordered had sugar and which one didn’t and just said “I don’t know, one of them does” - meaning I had to figure out myself

Really comfortable bed and bedding, new, QUIET split system with heating/aircon, quiet room for sleeping, effective window covering to keep out most light, great hot water temperature and pressure, PROMISE of a breakfast pack in room, ability to check in after 10pm due to flight being delayed into Melbourne.

No breakfast pack in room, as promised at Check In and so very hungry prior to departure at 10am; no option for room service available for breakfast either. No hairdryer, no face washers, bedside lights not functional?, just one light in room, with light switch at entry door……no good for reading in bed.

We liked the location as we were not Melbourne based that weekend. The beds were comfortable.

We didn't like there was no hair dryer in the room, we had to ask room service for one.

Surprisingly quiet given the location. Very large space. Beds were super comfy. Very neat and clean. The apartment room also had a fully functioning kitchen.

One of the shower taps and the toilet roll holder kept falling off.

loved how spacious the rooms were it was clean and very comfortable would stay here again.

The accommodation is very secure and U felt safe. Complimentary drinks and 10% off food purchased at the venue. Location is great. The staff were very friendly and obliging.
