Great place to stay. Close to where I need to go. Good rooms, comfy beds

Doonas may be a little light for Winter but most rooms have electric blankets.

As soon as I arrived into the room the air conditioning was turned on which was a huge bonus as it was only 12 degrees when I checked in. Everyone from the gentleman at the desk right down to the cleaners were very helpful. It'll always be my place to stay when I'm in Melbourne. 👍

The only thing I could think of was the carpets were a bit sticky, but apart from that, everything else was good

Location was great for our needs. Staff were awesome.

Needed more pillows. Doona cover was crap and blanket moved alot. Plates, bowls and cutlery would've been great considering there is a microwave and toaster, but we did go buy some.

It was close to the State Croquet Centre. It was a fairly quiet location. It had everything you need for your stay. I would stay again, and recommend it to others.

The only negative was the chairs in the room. They were unclean, so I didn't use them. However the cabin itself was really neat and clean.

Bed was comfy, nice hot shower, nice clean towels every day, staff were lovely

It was clean but standard could have been higher,mirrors were smeary, big gap under and at the top of door which made it cold, warmer doona needed, vanity was water damaged needed reolacing and the outside was very tired and needed updating

I made booking error for room, excellent staff gave us an complimentary upgrade Plus added extra night we required with no problem at all. Great for a quick stop in or long term stays Thanks heaps to all staff

We loved the staff he was very nice and really helpful we absolutely no issues, we also love the accommodation it was so comfortable that my husband wish he could bring their bed 🛏️ home. Even my two year old daughter loves the bed. It was worth paying for. We always having our occasion down at Melton West once a year I never thought that this place existed but definitely I will be letting family and friends knows.

Absolutely loved the cabin (31) I stayed in. It was very cute and cosy! The man that rang me to arrange where to leave the key was very nice also. Can't fault this place at all and can't wait to go back there and stay again!

Room 36 is the best I just loved it. Just the space and the settings was perfect for me. The shower was great. The self-contained kitchen was just perfect 👌 👍 🥰

I think the pillow 😌 wanted some more pillows

Ease of access, close to my family, quite & smoke free. Bed & pillows were great size, soft & fresh.
