Overall things were good, room was clean and stocked breakfast was good,

Coffee machine where they had breakfast was not working, pool didn’t look as clean as I thought an indoor pool would look.

The breakfast was good and so was the lady that managed it as well. She was the only staff member that did her work well and was nice to the guests.

Getting to the property from the other side of the road was a chore! The elevator seems to always smell of marijuana - need to put camera in elevator. The staff never came to change our sheets while our 5 nights stay. The front desk was not friendly. The pool was not clean did not have enough water. Need to retrain staffs, except for the lady that ran breakfast - she was outstanding!

Clean , comfy , will stay again

Front desk staff didn't handle me sheets needed for roll out bed when I ask The brought bed no sheets and then o had to go back to lobby to get it I had to go get towels from the lobby , no one on call to provide service to rooms Wasn't told when breakfast was to be and very upsetting experience

Rooms were large. Sink with vanity and mirror was located outside bathroom so another person could be getting ready (brushing teeth, applying make-up, drying/styling hair, etc) while another person was taking a shower.

The free breakfast buffet was only offered from 6AM-9AM! Nobody on a vacation or leisure trip would want to get up that early! Having everyone in a ‘party’ all dressed and ready and downstairs for breakfast by 9AM is way too early for anyone wanting to sleep in and relax on their vacation! So the ‘free breakfast’ included is useless! It should not even be included in the description for the hotel unless you’re going to tell people “hey, if you get downstairs by 9AM, you get a free breakfast”!

We don't eat breakfast. But my son would go downstairs and bring me coffee.

I'm under the impression that this hotel is a non smoking hotel. If I'm right, why are people smoking pot in their room and the hall, and elevator. We don't do drugs or smoke reg cigarettes. I don't appreciate my clothes smelling like pot, a person can't breathe in the elevator or in the hall. You need to inforce the rules.. NO SMOKING (whether it's cigarettes or a pot joint. ) Your add says no pets too. So why was their dogs with guest???

This was my first time being here at this hotel , The breakfast was above amazing and the lady Ms. Stephanie showed above average or outstanding customer service and greetings . I love her and I think she's amazing. And really appreciate her being apart of the staff at this hotel.

Nothing besides the pool water being so cold to swim in. But nothing else

The Larry and the other staff was very friendly and helpful & the housekeepers really went above and beyond to keep the place clean! Tiffany really stood out to me, she literally asked me every day was I ok and did I need anything! The maintenance man was very patient when showing me how to work my TV. The laundry area was well kept and the dryers were really nice and hot so it didn’t take all day for me to wash and dry my loads every morning. The breakfast area was nice and tidy. I typically don’t eat breakfast at the hotels when I’m traveling but this place was so clean. I had to just get one or two things each morning I highly a recommend this hotel because I’ve observed with my own eyes, the hard work that the staff put in to ensure that I had a great day.

I like the fact that my room was on the upper floor like I requested. I also like the location of the hotel because it was right there where everything was if you wanted to go shopping. I also enjoyed the breakfast each day I stayed it was really good. Thank you again and I will be back in July as well.

I didn’t like the noise over my head at night because it was children running around late night and my toilet was constantly running the first night I stayed.

All the staff members were very friendly and super helpful. They were tentative and interacted with my kids and myself as if we were family.

The bed wasn't that comfortable, but it was somewhere to lay down at night and get some sleep. The breakfast area is very tight and could've used a bigger toaster.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of amenities and superb breakfast. And all these within a great price range. However, what I liked best was the working personnel. We had an issue because we booked two rooms by accident, and even though we made a non refundable reservation, they still refunded the full price for one of the rooms that we didn't need.
