Clean , comfy , will stay again

Front desk staff didn't handle me sheets needed for roll out bed when I ask The brought bed no sheets and then o had to go back to lobby to get it I had to go get towels from the lobby , no one on call to provide service to rooms Wasn't told when breakfast was to be and very upsetting experience

We don't eat breakfast. But my son would go downstairs and bring me coffee.

I'm under the impression that this hotel is a non smoking hotel. If I'm right, why are people smoking pot in their room and the hall, and elevator. We don't do drugs or smoke reg cigarettes. I don't appreciate my clothes smelling like pot, a person can't breathe in the elevator or in the hall. You need to inforce the rules.. NO SMOKING (whether it's cigarettes or a pot joint. ) Your add says no pets too. So why was their dogs with guest???

The Larry and the other staff was very friendly and helpful & the housekeepers really went above and beyond to keep the place clean! Tiffany really stood out to me, she literally asked me every day was I ok and did I need anything! The maintenance man was very patient when showing me how to work my TV. The laundry area was well kept and the dryers were really nice and hot so it didn’t take all day for me to wash and dry my loads every morning. The breakfast area was nice and tidy. I typically don’t eat breakfast at the hotels when I’m traveling but this place was so clean. I had to just get one or two things each morning I highly a recommend this hotel because I’ve observed with my own eyes, the hard work that the staff put in to ensure that I had a great day.

I like the fact that my room was on the upper floor like I requested. I also like the location of the hotel because it was right there where everything was if you wanted to go shopping. I also enjoyed the breakfast each day I stayed it was really good. Thank you again and I will be back in July as well.

I didn’t like the noise over my head at night because it was children running around late night and my toilet was constantly running the first night I stayed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of amenities and superb breakfast. And all these within a great price range. However, what I liked best was the working personnel. We had an issue because we booked two rooms by accident, and even though we made a non refundable reservation, they still refunded the full price for one of the rooms that we didn't need.

Nothing really. It was even above my expectations.

I chose this hotel because it was mid priced between the cheaper and the pricey in the area near the airport. I was delighted by the value regarding all the amenities. Everything was great (cleanliness, staff, breakfast, etc.).

The only thing I didn't like was they discontinued the free airport shuttle (which wasn't a big deal w/Uber availability).

The room was comfortable and clean.

The dresser drawer was broken which caused difficulty to open and close so unable to put clothes in it. Also one staff member was rude when conversing about the breakfast time that I was not aware of the different times on weekends and weekdays. Did not like his sarcastic comments.

The staff was awesome. No question! I've had two issues. One the heat wasn't working. Within 15 minutes of calling the front desk, that issue was resolved. The other issue was 3rd party reservation error was also resolved. Both issues resolved with the utmost professionalism and friendliness.

I don't think parking was well thought out. There needs to be more. 2 trucks took up 8 spaces and there was nowhere else to park. My bed was a little too soft. Beds should support the body. You shouldn't sink in. More variety 4 breakfast. Ham, corned beef hash, Turkey sausage etc. Checkout at 11.

The breakfast was great, they had bacon and fried eggs!! Yay!!! The pool was nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable!!

The younger of the two ladies working the desk has no personality and dealing with customers is not her strong suit. The rooms need a detailed cleaning. Headboard greasy from guest before for us. Stuff under the sink that didn't make it to the trashcan, Someone's fingernails on nightstand.

Fine enough breakfast. Quiet 4th floor. Room air conditioned on entry.

Off putting smell in room 403. Smelled like urine to me. Not sure if it’s just the humidity to my Western sense of smell. Recommend getting rid of carpeting and replacing with hard floor surface. I’m guessing that would relieve travelers not accustomed to such odor that I’m guessing is a result of humidity
