John the night manager was exceptional. My family including our fur baby were displaced by an unforeseen situation at midnight and we had to be up early the next day to move our son into his college dorm. John was so helpful in finding the best room for our needs and very patient as I tried to navigate through that stressful time. My son went down to purchase a drink and when he came back to the room he told me it had taken him awhile to return because he had been talking to John downstairs. That really warmed my heart. I also liked the pet friendly area surrounding the hotel. We will be sure to tell friends and family to stay at this location based on our experience.

Everything was wonderful, I would recommend and would stay again. The hotel was nice only thing I suggest and when the housekeeping staff comes up to remain quiet in the early morning hours. Other than that the food was good and the staff was friendly and very nice and helpful.

Just the housekeeping staff being loud when coming up in the morning to clean out other rooms. Other then that they where friendly and brought towles to the room within a few minutes when I requested them.

I enjoyed the spacious room, swimming pool and breakfast. The proximity to the energy corridor is excellent. I was within 6 mins of my work site and grocery shopping.

On day one someone called to complain of noise from my room. The front desk did not know who did, promised to investigate but did not revert with feedback until I left.

The only thing that irritated me was there could have been a better arrangement where the Eggs and Biscuits cabinet was located. there was no counter space for the plate, you had to lift the door to access the food, then use the tongs to reach through a narrow front opening of the food cabinet, all while there was no place to put your plate on the counter. My daughter has only 1 arm and that does not make things easier. They should make this food cabinet arrangement with better ergonomics. More counter space for the plates while putting food in the plate. Other than that, foam or paper plates should be available for those who want disposable plates. Other than that the stay was truly awesome, the room was awesome, and it was a truly enjoyable treat to stay here.

breakfast cabinet arrangement for the eggs and biscuits needs more counterspace to place your platy while trying to hold the cabinet open and reach the food with the tongs. Kind of akward arrangement. Needs better ergonomics.

Family friendly, nice and quiet location

The restroom door does not have a knob, it has a pull handle that is not efficient. It is useless as the door is difficult to open since the door is heavy. Especially when your children need to use the restroom quickly.

Very nice time. Clean place to sleep. Felt safe and still able to keep my regular routine with the onsite gym and breakfast was great. Everyone was very nice greeting me every time I passed by or had a question.

The breakfast assortment was amazing! My family of 5 all were satisfied with the choices. The suite was superb, location exceptional and staff very accommodating.

I would have liked the thermostat to have been a bit more user friendly since I was freezing all night.

Location and price were great. Very nice and clean facility with pleasant staff members. Never ran out of hot water in the showers and plenty of parking spaces.

The Wi-Fi kept going in and out while using my computer. I was only using the free Wi-Fi not the better one that was available for a price.

All you can eat breakfast with verities to choose from... My kids were always looking forward to the breakfast....

The staff is extremely friendly and the facilities are clean as can be expected! The hotel was very dog friendly. They pointed me to dog friendly places nearby as I needed. John working at the front desk was especially great!
