This location and the staff are just amazing. Our visit was centered around and emergency visit to UNC. We checked in after midnight and had to extend our stay at least two times. The staff was kind and very understanding. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to our schedule and changing out towels and changing trash. All of the staff was so friendly EVERYTIME. It was a great retreat from the hospital!

Since the cell service is not great there, I feel like offering expanded WIFI would be cool. I literally had to stand next to the windows to make a phone call, while FaceTime worked with no issues.

I believe this was my first stay at a Residence Inn and I was quite pleased! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough for a dip in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking from the parking lot to our room was a bit of maze, but I persevered! The entrance to our building is isolated which made me more mindful of my surroundings than usual.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was warm nderful, better than the camper we travel in sometimes. Nice area to walk our dog. We will be back!

I love this hotel. We stay here every time we travel to Chapel Hill. The staff is excellent and always very friendly. The rooms are great and the property features (pool, fitness center) are great. The breakfast is excellent and the people who make it every day deserve extra credit.

Great location to UNC! Great for a family of four. Clean and oddly enough, it smells great in the halls!!

We were happy with the laundry facility. The breakfast was well put together. Plenty of room to enjoy the meal. We especially liked the location.
