The property was in a convenient location to Chapel hill. The beds were amazing! I slept so good and they are very comfortable. Shower temperature was great and nice size tv. Plus I had no noise issues. Very quiet

My shower even with the curtain inside the tube, water would still get onto the floor. But it isn’t a factor that would stop me from booking again

We stayed there because my husband had an appointment at UNC Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation on Formdam Rd. We were less than 5 minutes away. We're going to be making numerous trips to Chapel Hill and have already decided that we will be staying at Red Roof Inn Chapel Hill for every trip

I like the location I like the bed TV in a remote refrigerator and the alarm clock

The carpet that was under the bed and hanging out from under the bed on the sides of the bed on the floor that carpet needed to be vacuumed also in the bathroom the bathwater when taking a shower the water was going down very slow it needs to be plunged or put some Draino in the tub to drain it so then the water can go down faster when you take a shower or bath.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Needs updating, deep clean. Expensive per the usual cost but it was Graduation time. Difficult not being allowed to leave dog at hotel when dining, graduation ceremonies etc

The location was perfect for us. It was also an easy off and on from the highway.

There were no working vending machines. The washer was labeled use at your own risk. There was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker . This was inconvenient because there were no restaurants within walking distance. We had no maid service the 4 days we were there. Trash was getting full from all the drink cups we went through.

It was a nicely upkeep and the room was clean upon arrival and that it was pet friendly was th best part of our stay!

There was no blow dryer in the room, other then that no complaints

Great location. Our room was great love the big bath tub. Pet friendly. Most of the staff was friendly and done a amazing job. Demisha at the front desk needs a raise and deserves to get a award or something she goes above and beyond. We are going to be staying at the Red Roof Inn for some time and we keeping telling people we know to stay there also when they come in town.

The young man named Jordan is rude doesn't do his job at all always away from the front desk he doesn't answer calls rather they are from your room or outside line I had people that were coming in from West Virginia they called the front office to make a reservation and Jordan never answered the phone they went to another hotel. The construction workers being really loud and out drinking in the parking lot.
