The room I had was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I also has a beautiful view of the pool from my 4th floor room balcony. I wish I had more time to enjoy other things but I was traveling for work so time spent in my room was limited to sleep and getting ready the next morning.

At check in, it would have been nice if the front desk told me they have a place to eat breakfast. I didn't know this until I was leaving that morning. While getting off the elevator, I overheard one of the male staff telling a couple about the breakfast menu and how good the pancakes were as he pointed them in the direction of the restaurant. Had I known this, I would have made time to eat breakfast there before I left.

I liked how convenient everything was, they have 2 restaurants and a little "store" in the lobby. Very nice court yard with pool and an area with table and chairs! Staff is very helpful and friendly. The woman at the front desk at check in was visibly overwhelmed with people, but still very courteous and answered all questions I had. Even the housekeepers are exceptional, we got lost down a long hallway, and instead of getting verbal directions the housekeeper stopped what she was doing and led us to our destination!

We got lost several times! "You are here" maps posted throughout the Hotel would've been helpful.

Well breakfast was out of egg whites and steak so I didn’t eat there but the night dinner was good. Staff is super friendly and very engaging and asking to help. Facility was very very very clean! The neighbor is not the nicest but always felt safe

My only complaint is my door to my room did not have a threshold on it I could see the hallways and all the light comes through. Well can’t do anything about the neighborhood l.

The hotel was very clean, lobby was pretty and welcoming. Check in staff were friendly, room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was super comfy. Great view of the city. Bar had a relaxing atmosphere and I was able to relax. Definitely staying at Crowne Plaza when I am in Albuquerque for work or leisure.

I could not set the alarm clock, did not have a remote for the tv.

This is an older hotel that has been perfectly maintained. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, etc. The pool is excellent, the rooms were spotless, the beds were beyond comfortable and it doesn't give you that "hotel" feel. There is a bar downstairs and restaurant with beautiful venue rooms for meetings, weddings, etc. There is tons of outdoor seating near the pool and bar as well and they even had an outdoor Jenga game set up. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Spacious, clean, like the roving security around the exterior. Excellent steak house and bar.

The breakfast restaurant crowd overwhelmed the staff. It took 45 minutes to receive my meal and it was not cooked the way ordered. Had to make one cup of coffee do, because no refill was offered.

the location was good.

the guest services were poor. the half and half for coffee in the room was more than 7 months out of date. we rang the desk to get this replaced and after 3 calls to follow up being put on hold for an extra ordinary amount of time and not being picked we went to the desk to complain. a staff member was sent to our room with replacement half and half. THIS WAS ALSO OUT OF DATE. Obviously no SAFETY officer for Guest room facilities

The location was excellent…. Convenient and centrally located. The outdoor pool was great plus they had lots of outdoor seating. The lobby also had lots of comfortable seating.

We had a room that faced the Main Street and the traffic was loud making it difficult to sleep.

location was great, cleaning and restaurant staff were great, the hallways are well cooled.

the pool was freezing and dirty, there were only two inner courtyard doors of the MANY that were keycard accessible whereas the other ones were locked without access, the elevator locations are nightmarish for anyone placed in the far side of the building, the shower head pressure was a lesson in humility.

The restaurant was very convenient and the food and staff were great.

The facility is beginning to show its age. The bathroom was very small and had no exhaust system which got pretty steamy while showering. Also the tub was a little difficult to get into.
