The hotel was nice and clean. Well kept. Staff was fast and attentive. I liked that there was alcoholic beverages available in the hotel lobby until 2 am. The dining area was nice. However, I had to walk down to the breakfast area just to use the microwave. None was provided in my room. The workout area, pool, hot tub, and sauna were all really nice and well kept. I just wish the pool was open just a little bit later, but other than that it was a really great experience and well worth the price. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Microwave needs to be included in room. Pool should be open later at night. Less expensive beer would be nice from the hotel lobby. The pool temp should have been a bit colder. It was like taking a warm bath. It would have been nice to go from the hot tub to a cold pool, but it was still nice that the pool was at least available. Most hotels don't even maintain their pools anymore.

The hotel is connected to a very slightly nicer hotel and shares amenities for $30 a night cheaper. So much value for your money. Staff was very nice and room was more than comfortable for the price point.

Workout facility is rundown and the one and crowne plaza wasn't much better. Breakfast is some different breads, juices, coffee, and packaged muffins (we ended up eating out for breakfast). The indoor pool was kind of cold but you adjust easy not sure if its heated. Honestly amazing hotel stay dont shy away there are amazing affordable breakfast options very close by.

Location is right off the freeway so if your room is facing it, you'll hear the noise. Luckily heater stayed on and muffled the noise. It was nice to be able to open the balcony door to allow fresh air in when it got stuffy. Room (1 king bed) was clean and spacious with a sitting area and beds were very comfortable. Elevator and luggage cart made it easy to bring all my stuff up in one trip. Ice machine on each floor. Traveled alone and felt safe with security constantly present. Room was cleaned daily (stayed 4 nights). Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and accommodating. Close drive to Old Town and if you drive East on Menaul, you'll find lots of restaurants but it's not a pretty area and just a couple of restaurants in walking distance, which I may not feel safe doing alone. But I would definitely stay here again.

Had a little issue with the shower. The hotter the water, the less pressure I got but I managed. Location is a little sketchy and not real pretty but I still felt safe. Breakfast was mostly baked goods/starch and whole fruit, coffee was good thou.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfy bed. The bathtub was deep and the shower had good water pressure. The room had a huge window and a little balcony that was actually usable. The room was very quiet and had a nice view of the tree-lined courtyard. The hotel has a very large indoor pool that was not too busy. There was good coffee for breakfast and lemon water available throughout the day

The spa and sauna did not work (the jets in the spa were not functioning, and the sauna was not heating), but the pool was very warm so I could still make use of the facility. The elevator was making a weird noise the first day, and then was closed for repairs the second day, but it's a three-story hotel, so no big deal

I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE THE PLEASURE TO STAY HERE FOR THE FIRST 4 MONTHS OF MY WORK HERE IN ALBUQUERQUE AND NOW WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN NEEDING A HOTEL WHILE IN THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I HAVE HIGHLY SUGGESTED TO MANY OF MY TRAVEL NURSE FRIENDS IVE MET ACROSS THE COUNTRY. EACH ONE THAT HAS STAYED HERE ALSO HAS NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT REMARKS IN THE TOTAL STAY EXPERIENCE. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE OF MY STAY THEN AND NOW ON OCCASION HAS BEEN TOP OF THE LINE FROM THE COMFORT OF THE BED/BEDDING; BATHROOM CLEANLINESS; QUIET ATMOSPHERE WHILE I SLEPT DURING DAYTIME HOURS; EXCELLENT FOOD AT THE EXQUISITE RESTAURANT; INDOOR HEATED POOL DURING SNOW STORMS; QUIET GYM AND LAST BUT NO WAY THE LEAST..... THE STAFF: ELLA AND LYNETTE AT FRONT DESK ARE AS MUCH AS CONGERIES AS ANYTHING. I MUST MENTION THE EXTREMELY POLITE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AS WELL AS THE VERY WATCHFUL SECURITY STAFF 24 HOURS/DAY. I NOW STAY IN A LITTLE APARTMENT IN TOWN BUT I DO TAKE A COUPLES DAYS OFF MY HEAVY SCHEDULE AND BOOK A COUPLE NIGHTS FOR A INEXPENSIVE LUXURY VACAY! Ella at the front desk was friendly in the AM as we stayed over another night. The property was clean, well maintained and offered several amenities. So happy there was a laundry room and quarters available at the front desk. Also ATM in lobby. The pool, hot tub and sauna was an added bonus to our stay. They also are dog friendly which is very important when traveling for us.

The breakfast needs improvement. Healthier options for those with different diets or food restrictions. Not enough tongs out, guests using their hands to grab the pancakes. Loud guests during the nighttime early Am hours. Had to call FD twice before it was resolved. Couldn’t get back to sleep for a couple hours after the disruption. This was inconvenient but not entirely the properties fault. The tv remote was difficult to figure out.

Maddie was so friendly and welcoming. We had been traveling and landed here due to car trouble. She listened to my requests and was very accommodating. The location is very convenient. Well maintained and dog friendly. They have a gym, pool, hot tub and dry sauna. That was much needed during our stressful time in Albuquerque. Most staff is friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable beds, and linens. Parking lot security 24/7 made us feel safer in this area.

The breakfast was meager. A lot of carbs offered but no protein. Stay bagel and breads. It could use more fresh fruit or even hard boiled eggs.

We like the location. We have stayed before. We enjoy the inside pool. When we learned it was closed for maintenance, we were disappointed, but then we were told we could access the Crowne Plaza pool, we were pleased. It was great. The front desk person, Shelby, was friendly, helpful and professional. The room and general facilities were clean. We love the interior courtyard as the rooms are so quiet at night. We were glad to return and would recommend it highly!

A minor change: the continental breakfast was meager compared to last years. But the room price was excellent, so a trade off.

Facility was well kept, clean, but not too friendly and breakfast could have been a lot better. There was an additional $20.00 fee at check in I was unaware of.

Two women in our party were approached by a man wanting them to go with him to his room. He also touched a toddler in our party as she walked past him. We could have called the police, but didn’t. What a creeper!

The hospitality was heartfelt and sincere every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and kind. My sleep was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the peaceful courtyard was truly enchanting. The vibe throughout the property is calm and gracious, and the manager was absolutely lovely when we spoke, kind, great listener, and genuinely interested in my experience.

Honestly, nothing. Every part of my stay felt intentional and thoughtful.
