Good day! My colleagues and I visited the beautiful city of Chicago from February 21-23, 2025. We stayed at this hotel and liked it, It has excellent staff, namely managers Wendy and Rebecca. How cheap the stay was compared to other hotels around, how nearby it is to shopping centres and restaurants

The mattress was a little too firm for my tastes, and the pillows were a little too soft for my taste, but that doesnt really diminish my experience here in any way

Staff were very friendly and the room and building itself was very clean.

When I checked in I was informed that this location is also a residence so there would be no dishes of any kind. Confused as to why that is. That information would have been useful at time of booking so items could be brought. Luckily we were only there one night.

Walking distance to our destination. They gave us an extra hour after check out.

No coffee anywhere. Never had stayed where the front desk was closed from 10pm to 10am. Yes there was a phone to call if needed anything.

During the week, there was a problem with plumbing and they sent maintenance right away to fix the problem, which was impressive. Also, when I needed supplies, they were very cordial and receptive to my needs.

All of the front desk staff were very nice. Except, on my last day the front office clerk didn't even say Thank you for coming, nothing. She was very rude. I don't remember seeing her there often, but the regular front desk staff treated me with kindness and respect.

The Manager Jasmina in 1201 Blg was really nice. But the heavy set guy in 1209 blg that working on Fri around 5:30pm. His attitude was very foul. He was interested looking at the tablet than talking with me. His responses was cut and dry. He will run customers away. Eventually he told me I was in the 1201 bldg.

The guy in the 1209 blg on Fri had a nasty attitude. He should not be working there. He is going to run your customers away. I am so glad I ended up in bldg 1201 East toughy. My weekend was great.

The staff was incredible. Teresa was professional and very kind. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I only spent one night and left very early to pick up someone at o'hare. It was a really pleasant experience and a good value.

That is was very close to the Allstate

That staff was really rude and they didn’t have our room ready and two of the rooms was dirty when given to us

Conveniently, located easy access to stores and the kitchenette was perfect for a two week stay

No breakfast option

The heating/ac unit was a bit noisy even with Earplugs but as I stayed only a few nights it wasn't all that bad, just a bit uncomfortable as I am a light sleeper on most nights.
