The only issue I had with this location was their breakfast. The selection of food was processed and not good. Every hotel that I have stayed in provided sausage, eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy.

The breakfast could have been better. this needs to be upgraded. They need to change out their food options and not microwave food.

The breakfast was excellent. Good location, room is big and comfortable.

Beds were not made, floor was not clean. Towels changed not enough for number of person stayed.

The person at the reception desk was outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. The room has nice decor. It was really nice to have cable which might seem silly, but I liked it and the tv was fantastic. I also LOVE that there was no carpet. I really don't like to think about what is in a hotel carpet floor lol.

The pool is super cold. The only other thing is the repairs to the walls. Whoever you had to them, did a terrible job. All you really need to do is repaint the whole room and no one would see the obvious mismatched colors. That is a pet peeve of mine. It's a simple solution that would make the rooms look so much cleaner and well kept.

The wifi was excellent, food and drink offerings were more than adequate, 24/7 coffee in the lobby is terrific, space to gather in the dining area was a real plus. TV reception was excellent. Strong AC, and the beds were comfy enough. The on-site staff was outstanding, hard working and courteous.

We had to wait half an hour past the promised time for our ride from the airport to the hotel. That particular driver was neither friendly nor helpful. He did not take care of our luggage well. It was rolling all over the back of the van. Also, although there are a lot of restaurant choices nearby, there are no pedestrian crosswalks. If you try to walk anywhere, you take your life in your hands.

Staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle was readily available to make pick ups and drop offs (to the airport) even if I was the only traveller. Going downtown, you can take the hotel shuttle to airport, then get the blue line. Room was clean and facilities were modern. No water in room though. You had to buy water.

No water in rooms, if you don't drive you may struggle for food they do have a mini market, if you like what it sells. Noone seemed to know how to get a sight seeing bus for a tour of downtown. Everyone wanted to know precisely where you wanted to go (being new in town and having only a day). I had no idea but ended up in the Millennium Park. The park shop sold sight seeing bus ticket. The next challenge was finding the bus stop. The park shop gave the wrong directions. Having said all the above, I would visit Chicago again, lots to see and do there

The area, close to the freeway. Steak&Shake, iHOP, Target just accross the street. Room very clean and cosy, comfortable beds, great walk-in shower. Friendly receptionist and friendly shuttle to and from the airport driver. We had a rental car from the airport. Free parking for the first night at the hotel felt safe.

Breakfast in the morning is in the lobby of the hotel and is Grab-and-go style. The breakfast is typically pre-packaged and ready to eat, good for busy guests who need a quick and easy morning meal. Positive note: it is free! If you like a more filling breakfast with fresh hot items, scrambled eggs, bacon, easy-over, omelets, pancakes etc. better go to IHOP across the street.

- It was an overnight stay during layover - Reasonable nearby hotel to the airport ( without accounting for the taxi ) - The lady in the reception was very nice and supportive.

They have mentioned that they have shuttle service from/to airport in the Q&A but unfortunately this is not true I had to wait for 50 minutes and in called during that time (number from booking.com) with no answer I finally get another number from Google map which they have picked to confirm that the service stopped without any notification to customers. I spent an additional $50 for a taxi from/to airport which override the reasonable price point.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The employees were extra friendly, and very helpful to myself and my friend who didn't know the area. We really appreciated their help. I loved that there were hooks on the wall, I often wish I had those in hotels. It was really nice to allow clothing to air out. The location was great for what I needed which was somewhere close to the airport and the highway. Would not be so good for someone trying to visit the city.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The free breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. However, the staff was great! I got in late and Robert (shuttle driver) was friendly and got me to the hotel quickly. After checkin, I wanted to grab a bite across the street before they closed. The desk clerk offered to watch my bags so I wouldn't lose time, and Robert (who was getting off work) offered to run me over to the restaurant. In the morning, I needed to go back to the airport to get a rental car. Robert to the rescue again. He advised the actual place to go was just a few blocks down the road and, of course took me there.

The rooms/ hotel in general is updated clean inside out. Free parking is always a plus.

No microwave in rooms had to use the one in lobby, no blower/fan in bathroom, the toliet kept running due to the handle not going up after you flush it. Shower was very small could only fit 1 person. First level is the worst level to get because you hear everything that goes on in the halls far as traffic from other guest, they had no Do Not DISTURB Signs to actually put on the door handles for no one to enter in your room, no metal ice bucket to grab ice so the bucket they did give was a paper popcorn bucket🤦🏾‍♀️that all the ice melted out of the next day. Didn't realize I booked this hotel and it's an hour away from Chicago won't do that again.
