what a lovely property with stylish lobby and decks and a big restaurant space where multiple TVs showed sports. the pool and outside area was pleasant and large enough to not feel full. tons of parking right outside your hotel entrance.

even though we loved the location, i think we could have been closer to the action downtown. we walked everyday down to eat and drink, which was great given we're in great shape. but not everyone in our party could do that.

Justin at the front desk was top notch. Provided great customer service. Friendly. Knowledgable. Great attitude. Room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.

In the restaurant, it would be nice to have a second staff member to take food orders. Each morning we were tight on time. We had to wait a bit to order our food due to all the fancy coffee drinks being ordered by others.

It was honestly such a cool looking place inside and had very nice staff. Didn’t get to use much of the facilities they had to offer but made for a very inviting place to stay.

I personally was a little confused with some of the products in the bathroom and wasn’t sure what was hand some and face soap. Very obscure but that was the only thing I was confused about and just used the shower body wash as hand soap

The breakfast was not very good at all.. the Schoolyard yesterday was kinda just microwaved food and it was nothing special for the prices they were charging. The best thing was the very comfortable beds and the curtains really made the room as dark as i like which was amazing! Avoid the Schoolyard restaurant at all costs.. it was not delicious at all. Would rather eat cardboard. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. Very close to downtown SLO about 7$-8$ to uber there. 15 min drive to pismo and avila. Great located hotel.

The Schoolyard restaurant could’ve been better it was quite not my favorite, and tasted like cardboard. Their food seemed microwaved.

Great location and a really lovely design. The bedding was nice, and the location was pretty quiet. The pool also looked nice, but I went in March and didn't use it. However, it's easy to get Lyft/Uber to downtown SLO and close to Paso Robles if you are going to do wine. The waters were a nice touch and it was great.

Nothing Major. I do wish they had EV chargers but you can use the ones across the street as they are Chargepoint and are open to the public. So you can just use those for now.

Location was prime for Cal Poly SLO graduation. There is no provided breakfast, but the accompanying restaurant provided good breakfasts if desired, access to good coffee options was great (patient baristas).

Room price increase for main area events like Cal Poly graduation, but needed the central location to coordinate incoming family members . . . can say it was worth it for that.

Lovely hotel and area around it felt safe to walk around. We went out for a pizza across the road which was lovely. Room was huge and spotless, staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Pricey overnight parking but that’s the same everywhere in California. Drinks were also a little bit pricey.

I was surprised, pleasantly, to learn that this was a Hilton property. Decor is hip, there's a bar, free bikes to use around town. Bed was very comfortable and the location is quiet.

It's a little far to walk to downtown, about 1mi. Downhill on the way there, up on the way back.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us secure our bags in the office since we arrived a while before check-in time. The pool was nice, the location is good and not too far from town center so we were able to walk back and forth. (We like to walk, so not everyone may feel the same). Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Wish there were chargers for electric vehicles in parking lot.

Very clean, modern, great cafe/bar, good location close to CalPoly. Hotel staff were awesome, especially Hamed, who was super helpful, courteous, and professional.
