Friendly and efficient desk staff. Heater worked well, not too noisy. Good lighting throughout room. Comfortable bed: mattress firm but not excessively so, pillows ditto, thicker blanket than usual. Easy walk to restaurants. No problems with noise, either from nearby freeway or because of Saturday night. Shower good: ample hot water, good flow, head high enough for this six-footer.

No major problems with wi-fi, but the login screen didn't come up after I'd signed onto the network, and I had to start typing "msft..." to get to it; this might be a problem for others. Work space could be better: round table rather than desk, rolling chair rather than straight- or desk-chair. However, it didn't require pillows to build the seat up to an adequate height.

The value for the money is fantastic. We were walking distance to downtown and it was very easy to find right off of Hwy 1. The front desk was very friendly.

My cell phone kept losing connection to the Internet on their network and I couldn’t connect to anything on the internet. I did not mention it to the front desk, as I assumed it might not be able to be helped in short time. I also wish they had tvs which streamed Netflix etc or gave me the capability to sign in under my own account.

Recently renovated with laminate floors in most units, comfortable beds, clean and located within 3 min drive fr campus make this hotel an ideal stay for visiting your student!

Parking is somewhat limited so if you arrive late you'll have to park on a street which is fine. No breakfast makes it less competitive, there are similar accommodations with breakfast included are in walking distance

For being about to have a pet in your room was giant plus. I was able to use my debit card instead of credit card and made it easier for me to enjoy my stay with ease. Very close area to Downtown area.

The only dislikes is the Smart TV was not set up with Wifi so we were able to use our steaming services to watch tv and had to watch basic cable. The bed was very stiff and bathroom sink didn't drain very well.

Room was clean, renovated with modern features. Bathroom super clean, good shower and towels. Comfortable beds, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker in room. Location was decent, near downtown and quiet.

It is basically a renovated motel with a reception area with coffee and hot water, and the parking stalls. Most room you need to get up one or two levels on stairs. Has a motel feel.

Beds were very comfortable, the TV had Bluetooth connection so I didn't have to use my phone or speaker for music. The front counter girl was awesome. Great vibes, love the sportsmanship they showed for the local events. Thank you

I had an amazing stay. Nothing I didn't like. Maybe that checkout is at 11 but most hotels are 😂. I just hate to wake up early is all 😂😂

The room was nice and clean and sheets were bleached and smelled fresh. Bed was comfy too. Staff member was nice and helpful. The motel is close to the 101 and made traveling to our destination easy. There is a gas station / convenience store across the street and pizza place nearby . The price was reasonable compared to others in the area.

The only issue was the motion detector light in the room , which went on whenever we got up or even moved in bed. We had to put a piece of clothing over it to prevent that from happening. Otherwise , everything was fine.

Value stay, great location, bedding was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom could be cleaned better, wipe stuff off the walls, the walls are thin so you can hear people in adjoining rooms speaking in a normal voice. Add cups for coffee. The repairs to damages are done with caulk, could be repaired properly. Offer netflix.

It was great that it was just near a trolley bus stop to go to the farmer's market on Thursday evening. The receptionist was helpful in directing us there so we could go. It was a very comfortable room.

I wish the hotel had advertised more how good a place San Luis Obispo was to visit. We only booked a night there to break up our train trip from LA to San Jose. I knew nothing about San luis obispo, just that it was a convenient place to stop. If we'd known how beautiful it was, we would have stayed longer. So maybe don't assume that guests know anything about the town. It maybe well known in California, but it's not known in Australia. Which is a shame as it was gorgeous. We loved it and were sorry we had to leave it so quickly.

Great locatiin and 10% of at 1865 Restaueant a few doors down the street

A 30$ svc fee included the 20$ dog fee but the day manager dud not know what the extra 10$ was for. Many of the outlets in our renovated room were inoperative and there was little to no counter space for 2 adults and a dog stuff.
