FABULOUS STAY!! LOCATION WAS PERFECT!! Across the parking lot from the 1st National Bank Arena/Arkansas State University where our concert was. We had a late dinner at the on-site restaurant and everything was positive. Would certainly stay at this location again.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order but the front desk graciously filled our bucket and Yeti at the in lobby Starbucks instead of sending us to another floor.

Love the complementary drinks and the snacks for breakfast was delicious especially the cook who cooked my omelette spawn pool was a nice feature and of course Starbucks very clean comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay celebrating our 20 year anniversary. Well we caught the festival for the Beatles in Walnut Ridge

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast server was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants food was good but their customer service was poor. Once seated at our table we waited over 15 minutes for a server. Later told our section server was on break and no one covered from them. We asked two other staff members that walked by if we could get someone, with the bar tender finally taking care of us. All the while three or four other servers were hanging out by the hostess station having a gab session. The restaurant was not busy, only two or three other tables seated at the time. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon, before the evening rush.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious!! The beds were comfortable and everyone was very helpful!

My key card didn't want to work the elevator a few times and I was trapped in it until other people came to use it. Then I would have them scan their card for my floor also. It always opened motel door just not the elevator.

Loved the size and how comfortable the suite was and the breakfast was awesome! Staff was very helpful when we asked questions

The sheets didn’t fit bed well and the shower head didn’t work in our room. We came to spend time swimming with the grandchildren and the pool was way too cold for most of us but enjoyed the hot tub

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and will be coming back. We talked about the hotel several weeks later because it was so nice. We enjoyed breakfast which was Superb! Great selection of food and we had dinner at the hotel . Service was impeccable!!! Food was Good. We also ordered more food to take back to the room for a late night snack after the concert we came there to attend that evening. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Staying here was a wonderful experience. We were in the area for a football game, and the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was great...the ladies who restocked food and the gentlemen at the omelet station were friendly and worked diligently to keep things running smoothly. Also, we let the staff know that the shower head in our room had a crack in it (nothing that needed immediate attention), but someone was sent to replace it not long after. I look forward to another football game in Jonesboro, so we can stay here again!

Breakfast was amazing! Tons of great healthy choices. The staff was wonderful ! Best hotel stay I've had in long time!

Besides someone taking up handicap parking thar wasn't handicapped. This was no fault of the hotel. I can't think of anything that wasn't great about our stay!

I love the location , we attended a concert that evening. The location just made it so easy to walk to the venue and walk back to our hotel with out having to fight traffic to get out of the parking lot or even have to pay for parking.

There is nothing that i did not like about the hotel or the staff.

Good location and facilities are nice. Good to have breakfast on site. This stay the entire hotel system was offline impacting issuing room keys, using credit cards etc. Due to this each time we returned to our room, the key did not work. We had to go down to the front desk to be reissued a new key.
