Location was easy to find, restaurants near by. Recommend Demo’s BBQ. Hotel Staff was very friendly. Room was nice & clean. Whole vibe when entering lobby was welcoming. Outside lights was well lit. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious. Front Desk person Crystal and Ms. Veronique @ the Bistro were very friendly and gave awesome customer service. Thanks Ladies!

There was a “vacuum cleaner bag” smell in the elevator and hallway to the room. Suggest an air freshener of some kind to change that. Not a deal breaker though. Would still stay there.

Did not have breakfast. Had surgery across the street early in the morning.

Price. Called the hotel to get rate and guess we were switched to a third party. Told them we were checking out at 5 to go have surgery, but was told it cost $174.00/night. We went through booking.com. When we arrived, they told us we could have done it through them and would have only had to pay $97 . Too late to change.

Very clean! Booked this for my dad’s stay in Jonesboro-astate graduation and it was excellent!

Couldn’t find anything to not like

This is a new hotel, it is very modern, clean, it was nice to be in a new place. The lounge area is very nice, and they carry Pepsi products. One evening, I did not feel like going out to eat -- so I ate a cheeseburger, fries and diet soda in the lounge. It was reasonable and tasty. I have stayed at this location several times now.

location is opposite end of the other hotels on I-555 and majority of restaurants on red wolf and caraway. In the grand scheme of things, Jonesboro is easy to navigate and getting to places from the hotel was not really a hassle.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

A little frugal with the towels but maybe that's a good thing. All we had to do was ask for more. Shower temperature wasn't consistent but this was my 3rd stay and I haven't encountered that before. Must be that particular room.

The location, the cleanliness of the facility, and the professionalism and friendliness of staff

The side entrance allowed open access without a key. The secured key pad was not working.

The fact that someone actually cooked your breakfast was great.

We booked 3 hotels for our trip through Booking.com. When we got to Jonesboro we found out that Booking.com canceled our reservation for May 9 - 13. The manager, Jason Smith, called Booking and they had no explanation as to why the room had been canceled. The friendliness and the hospitality of everyone..and close to my daughter..

Room could have been a little more cleaner and rooms should be check for any maintenance...shower head splater water everywhere bathroom door didn't open all the way could have dust better too vacuuming would haven't hurt to do.

I was charged $20.00 for "incidentals" whatever that is. Called the hotel and they said that was common practice and my $20.00 would be refunded. I will be watching and waiting for my refund.
