Breakfast was very good and the room was very quiet. Conveniently located in Jonesboro.

Room smelled stuffy; even though it's non-smoking, it almost seemed like it had been smoked in recently. The bathroom had signs of poorly repaired damage (232) but it wasn't enough to be concerned about. The provided towels were more than enough for two people, a welcome change from many motels.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Room was very nice. Shower was great. Coffee was available all day. One day they had lemonade available.

The chairs in the breakfast area need to be replaced. They are very dirty.

The location is great! Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very polite and helpful. The indoor pool was open, but the chlorine smell was very strong due to being closed in a small area. Our room (double queen) was on the second floor. Very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are showing wear but nothing was broken. Breakfast was decent. There is nothing to call home about, but it was hot and a good choice of options. Check out was very fast.

It was very quiet, for it to be in a very busy part of town you didn't hear traffic. The room was great clean and comfy.

the only con was the breakfast lady was very rude. Some of us got up early i was up by 6, so was another family the father and daughter were trying to see if there was anything they could grab. She very rudely told them breakfast isn't until 7 what do you expect.

My room wasn't cleaned or re-stocked while I was there. FYI - I was in the room all day 2/22 & 2/23 with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I was out of the room ALL DAY 2/24 & 2/25 & Do Not disturb was inside the room. When I returned to my room on both 2/23 & 2/25, other rooms were still being cleaned, carts on hall & room doors open.

Very helpful friendly staff, rooms were big n comfortable ,very clean and it was nice n quite. And great location too.

I can't say there was anything at all that I didn't like,it was wonderful. This is my second time my daughters n I have stayed here .

breakfast was great, location was great, close to restaurants and other stores I needed while there, desk clerk was friendly and told me where tire store was to get a flat repaired, excellent service.

I was impressed by literally everything, rooms was perfect, beds was extremely comfortable and the staff was by far the best I've encountered!

Coffee was weak at breakfast but that's the only thing I can think of!

Location, rooms were perfect.... beds are always so comfortable throughout the country at Comfort Suites

House keeping did NOT check rooms before ready for renting out. We were sent to an unmade room. Relocated immediately . Thanks to the attentive front desk staff. Breakfast we do NOT like the ham and pancake style scrambled eggs. There was NO oatmeal.

Huge room, very clean, nicely appointed, and great price.

Even though the 3rd floor room was near the back of the property, highway noise could still be heard in the room. It wasn't terrible--and I still slept fine--but it was surprisingly notable.
