I was occupying room six on my last night the residents in room four caused me lots of problems first of a person fell against my door shortly afterwards there was vomiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes then lots of noise then it went quiet until 630 in the morning. There was a knocking on my door a few seconds later another knock asking for a person that clearly wasn’t me and then they knocked on their door and 7 o’clock somebody started hovering far too early for housekeeping.

Location, costs, decor

It is impossible to get your deposit back, I've started there twice, paid £50 deposit both times, and was told I'd get it back within 7-10 days, I checked out on the 12th... still no refund 14 days later.... and the 2nd visit I checked out on the 16th, 10 days later still no refund...so I'm £100 out of pocket and this company simply ignore you and any request for information..... so beware as the cost will include not returning your deposit.. which could be up to £150 each stay.....

I was really impressed by the quality of the bed and bed linen, and the shower, which had ample pressure and lovely hot water. Big fluffy bath towels and plenty of them. The fact that you can use a washing machine and a tumble drier free of charge is amazing. The location is fab.

I felt the advert and photos for the Kings Cross rooms made them look like they have their own kitchenette. They don't. There are about 8 Kings Cross rooms in total and they all share the same kitchen.

I’m not just saying it but I liked everything about it. The location (fantastic) right next to train station. Buildings so clean inside cleaners forever there the staff were lovely also made me stay another night!

Didn’t like that there no bath only because im actually disabled and love to relax my legs in the bath shower is 10/10 though

Comfortable room, had everything that was needed and was In a good location that was easy to find. Very good room for the price.

The walls are very thin so any noise made by other rooms can be heard. Unfortunately the people staying next to the room I was occupying were very loud until the early hours of the morning, this is at no fault of the staff however was not ideal.

Lovely affordable room with the train station close by. Despite this, the room was quiet (only noise heard was from the hallway- not from apartment style rooms), comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and towels. Really modern and spacious shower. No toiletries (other than hand soap) provided but I was pleased to have a hairdryer and hangers in the room. I didn't use it but the kitchen/lounge area looked really lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Suggested parking was a good 20 minute walk (no fun with bags). However, the parking at the station only cost £2 more and was so much closer! I was glad I switched despite already paying for the first car park! Last comment- Couldn't get my laptop to connect to the wifi but this might just be me...?

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable and well equipped with a fully functional kitchen.

Communication via the online service, you get several confusing emails to check in and also to check out and it’s difficult to contact a person of the team. But the staff you meet in person is very nice

We've used this service before and would do so again. It's very conveniently located next to the railway station and a short walk from the city centre.

A lil bit of a bad smell from the drains but apart from that amazing little property perfect for weekend break or when visiting family like ourselves but very great place and lovely staff members who accommodate for you needs
