Location was great for us, it had car parking, the staff were really friendly, the sea view room we had was great, the bed linen was spotless, the beds were really comfy, it was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. It was nice the hotel had a bar and the breakfast was good the following morning.

I asked in advance if we could check-in an hour earlier at 2pm instead of 3pm which would of helped us get sorted out before going to the Theatre but I was told that was probably not possible. When we arrived at lunchtime we were advised we could check-in at 2.30pm but that was the time we had to be at the Theatre as our show started at 3pm so we instead had to check-in at 6pm after the show. We went out for dinner and when we returned to the hotel later in the evening our room was quite chilly compared to the downstairs areas as the heating in our room seemed to of gone off.

The check in staff and the breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was cosy, quiet and I was lucky as did have wi fi. The location is really good to visit most places in Llandudno and although not aware on arrival of the free parking it was offered.

For me the breakfast as all the reviews said excellent. There was a very good choice and as the only person in I ordered the full breakfast. Surprised when the person who came in after me (also ordered a full breakfast ) was served first. When mine did arrive ( he had virtually finished his!) the sausages were very hard and for me overcooked, the bacon was missing and the fried egg yolk was basically raw. So possibly a one off but given the expectation an bit of a let down.

Absolutely nothing, had an issue with the chef not turning up on the 1st morning so no hot breakfast but the variety of cereal and fruit, toast was excellent and enough for me, not an issue at all, 2nd morning was the full hit breakfast so 💯👌👍

Everything, the staff are extremely welcoming the hotel is beautiful and very well looked after. Breakfast of a high standard, rooms also.. Couldn't ask for anything more tbh I've stayed a fair few times now and would highly recommend I will certainly be returning.

Great location, on promenade, near theatre, public pool and shops, fabulous views from the lovely little lounge, has a lift, parking available, very clean and well furnished, great staff. Single room 51 in the courtyard was lovely, bed was a good height, but a bit too firm and narrow for me and had a single quilt on, which was inadequate for an adult. The canopy outside is useful for shelter from rain and sun, but was banging and rattling all night in the wind :( I asked a staff member to tighten the canopy straps for me the next day and there was no wind, so it was no bother. I really liked this hotel and would stay again 🙂

Location very good - only a short walk to theatre. Room small but overlooked the sea and very clean. Lovely staff throughout hotel. Car park was a bit snug so we used the theatre car park - £10 for 24 hours. A lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was very good. However, the evening meal was very mediocre. I had prawn cocktail but the prawns weren’t of the best quality. We both had fish and chips. Fish ok but the chips weren’t home made. The peas were of poor quality. I had fruit crumble for dessert which was nice.

Too many stairs for me to get to room. Felt I was doing an obstacle course due to limited mobility & disabled needing stick to walk with. Was not aware of this prior to stay but I had not mentioned any disability during booking room

Breakfast: There was a good choice on the menu and it was well cooked and presented. The room was lovely and warm and felt cosy. Excellent location on the sea front but easy walking to the shopping area

It would have been helpful to have more coat hooks eg on the bedroom door for a coat and in the bathroom for a towel. Also to have a glass/cup in the bathroom for toothbrush/toothpaste. Also nicer milk on the bedroom tea tray - it was very UHT and it is possible to get long-life milk that is more like fresh milk in taste - but I am being picky!

Nice clean room, comfortable beds. Good facilities, lounge and bar both with TV's. Lift to all floors which is a help with the luggage. (but see below). Car park at rear was great. Limited spaces but we always managed to get parked. Option of evening meal if required. All staff were very good. Great location on the prom.

Unfortunately to get to our room (on the 2nd floor) from the lift we had to go down some stairs and then back up some stairs. This was no issue during the stay, but made carrying the luggage more difficult. Not a big issue but but we were not expecting it.

Last minute booking due to planned holiday being cancelled less than 24 hours notice. We had stayed with you last year one overnight stay. Our accommodation was perfect. An annex room number 50. My daughter has cerebral palsy . Access was brilliant. The shower was perfect. I was able to assist her bathing/washing hair and then felt she was safe to be left whilst I attended to myself. Staff were caring and accommodating with Bethany . Gave her time to process information and wait for her reply. We thoroughly enjoyed our five day break.
