Exceptional Stay at Premier Suites Birmingham – A Home Away from Home! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Birmingham, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare meals just like at home. The living area was comfortable, with stylish decor and plenty of natural light, making it the perfect space to relax after a long day. The bedroom was cozy, with a plush mattress and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Birmingham’s top attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, everything you need is within easy reach. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect balance between city convenience and relaxation. Overall, Premier Suites Birmingham offers excellent value for money, combining the comfort of a home with the service of a hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located stay in Birmingham. I will definitely be returning on my next visit

Was lucky when I arrived that the receptionist was just closing up and thankfully was extremely helpful in managing not get someone on the phone to tell me how to collect my key. When I phoned the number given tom me I got a message saying it was only open during office hours. As I had flown in and come in by train from the airport it was after 6.00pm on Friday evening. Even though I had emailed the property to say I would be arriving late all they supplied me with was the phone number that was only open during office hours so I was lucky to have arrived in time for the gent who worked in the office at the property was leaving and was able to help me using a telephone number that I did not have.

I loved it here to staff was amazing and so friendly the apartment was so nice and cosy I love it

I had a problem with the bath tap it wouldn’t turn off and so I went to find someone and due to the office only being open during certain times there wasn’t any one around. There was a number to call so I called it no answer but they did call me back but I’d manage to stop the tap by then but overall it was an great apartment and I would definitely stay again

Spacious and clean two bed appartment with very comfortable beds. Location was great, only a couple of minutes walk through the market and you are in the centre of Birmingham. Kitchen had everything you need and more. Extra pillows and towels available. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Blackout curtains were great. One bedroom had en-suite. Secure with a keypad to get in the front door. Fans were available which was nice because it was warm weather.

Shower in en-suite - the cold tap was stuck right so the water was boiling, like a kettle. Bath in bathroom - no hot water at all so it was freezing cold.

Excellent location, city centre, shop/s nearby. Kitchenette + good bathoom make this a good "Apartment"

Would Recommend this place, and I (we) will return on future stays in Brum. Price is a bit high for the overall "product" (but that is UK pricing for you). Just beware of any homeless, they know that ppl not familiar with brum or UK, will enter this property, and beg insistantly in front of the door. and after a few entrances, they probably "know" the door-combination. Wifi is only 15M.

A brilliant apartment very well equipped kitchen. Tye location is convenient. Easy access to the building.

It could be more clean. We found fake eye laces on the couch cushions and you can tell the doors have stains. Because of the location they were people screaming at night so our sleep was disrupted. I requested a double bed and i got twin beds which for a couple is uncomfortable. At least i should have been informed.

Check in was smooth and receptionist was very professional and courteous. The property was clean, comfortable had everything we needed. Although we were only there for a couple of nights, it would make an excellent base for a linger stay for exploring or business purposes.

We had a 1st floor room above the Spar shop. Unfortunately this seems to be a meeting place for youngsters and got a bit noisy at times late at night. Not the fault of Premier Suites but I think I'd request a suite on a higher floor and at the rear.

The location is great as it is close to everything central. We were informed before arrival that the lift was not working. The suite was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed,

We were on the top floor - there are five floors but luckily we didn’t have too much luggage otherwise this might have been an issue. The damage deposit felt a bit extreme. We paid it and were refunded but it was more than the cost of one night in the suite. It was quite noisy overnight but it was a busy Saturday night so was to be expected really, not too bad if you can keep the windows closed.

Booked this trip for my daughter's birthday and definitely booking again. Arrived earlier than the check in time and enquired about storing our overnight bags (as know this was available) and the receptionist was very helpful and made a call checking if the room was ready. We were able to check in around 3 hrs earlier. Perfect location and so clean, daughter said she had the best nights sleep in a while as bed so comfortable..highly recommended

Dagmara was very attentive and made my stay pleasant. Would definitely return!
