It was a modern, clean apartment. We traveled to an event at the Utilita Arena , which was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed relaxing at the apartment before we went. It was quite warm in the building, but each of our rooms had a large fan. The windows had safety locks but we could unlock them to get more breeze. The WiFi worked well, and all our guests were able to login easily.

We traveled by train and as they don't have a reception on site we had to collect the key from a different location which was about a 20 minute walk away. Unfortunately we stayed on a Saturday night and it was very noisy, both traffic on the road outside and people shouting til about 4 am. I'd suggest taking ear plugs if you stay on a Friday or Saturday night.

The apartment was spotless, very modern my family had a great time staff are available on the other end of phone and always ready to attend to clients needs. I will definitely book again.

Bed frame was broken, lights in the living room was gone/ some of the bedside lamps too, key to get to the garage was not working so I had to pay for road side parking on Friday and Saturday and I had to keep moving my car on different roads because I could only pay for up to 4hours on each road I was gutted because there was parking in the garage but I just couldn’t access it, until Saturday after 6pm when staff dropped off new keys but it was useless then cause parking was free from then.

Room sizes, bathroom, kitchen facilities were spot on. Plenty of towels available too

The apartment was clean but, it had not been vacuumed, this was a let down. Also was disappointed there were only 3 dining chairs, even though we'd informed of the amount of people staying there. A vacuum would have been nice and handy to have and perhaps some cleaning cloths. Some air freshener is needed in the apartments and the hallways, such a strong smell of weed in the lifts and the corridor smelt strongly like a nail salon.

Nice little apartment. The bed was so comfortable and the whole place was clean and tidy when we came. Not much to complain about as it was very homey.

A bit Hard to find need to update the pictures of the apartment, you need a car to get here as the keys are 10 mins away which could be hard especially when you’ve got things with you. the car parking space was also quite awkward as it was in the corner so passenger had to get out before parking up. Also the light wasn’t turning on in the room but had a lamp on the side which we used so that wasn’t a huge issue.

Over all I would give 3 stars. The first one because the apartment is well equipped and there are all stuff you need for long stay. The second star for the free parking in locked garage. The third star for the location, about 15 minutes walking to the city center.

I didn't like the building, some people are lazy, they throw their waste on the way or in the garage despite there is a garbage store, and some times they park in your parking. In addition, I feel that the area is not safe to walk at night. I can't fault Onex with these issues because it's out from their hands but overall it was a nice stay.

kitchen well stocked, bathroom lovely. fans in rooms were essential as it was extremely hot.

very hot. also booking for four people I would have liked the sofa bed out and made up for us. instead I had to rearrange a lot of excess furniture in the small rooms to build the bed and then make it.

The kitchen/diner was lush and the living room was spacious. parking was provided. There was still salt and sugar left in the apartment which was a nice surprise and the welcome basket of tea/coffee and all amenities were available.

Not so much didn’t like but the bed was too big and was single joined together which made it uncomfortable.

The apartment had all the facilities that you need for a short break. They are in a great location close to the canals at the Barclaycard venue and a short walk to the city centre. The staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Tristan helped me out with a couple of unexpected challenges and I cannot thank him enough.

Just a little spruce up here and there would take the property to exceptional.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and we're happy to help or fix any issues we had, and location is perfect for walks along the canals and some nearby attractions and restaurants.

Safety catches on windows were slightly faulty, wardrobes and drawers were not fixed to the walls. So not ideal for small children. Beds also has very noticeable springs, so not as comfortable as we'd like.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, the beds were comfortable. It was in a great central location definitely value for money.

A couple of marks on the walls could do with just a bit of paint also light bulb in kitchen blow on second day but over all very well presented.
