Good location, friendly & accommodating staff, breakfast included, rooms with balcony

No fridge, & a coffee machine in the room would have been nice

Alaïa Lodge is amazing! We selected it for our winter vacation because we traveled via train-bus connection to Crans-Montana with ski gear. Alaïa Lodge is 50m from the Cry d'Er bus stop and walking distance to the Cry d'Er gondola giving us easy access to the mountain resort. Also, the hotel is a short walking distance to a grocery store on the same side of the street as well as the Crans and Montana villages. We had a comfortable room with a south-facing patio on an upper floor. Housekeeping was always prompt and thorough. The check in process was very easy and there is an on-site winter sports room for you to store your gear. Mounted on the wall in that room are about 10 boot dryers. For an extra charge, you can have a delicious daily breakfast buffet that is well worth it. The Alaïa Lodge has two on-site restaurants: Twin Peaks on the ground floor that serves great Swiss cuisine including, of course, fondue. One floor below ground level is Viva Voce, an authentic Italian restaurant with a piano bar that serves everything from oven baked pizza, various pasta dishes and fresh fish. The wine list in both of these restaurants is great. Best of all, you will experience exceptional service at the Alaïa Lodge, Twin Peaks and Viva Voce!

Location is spledid: perfect starting point for beautiful walks, close to restaurants, shops and lifts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very comfortable and clean. Separate hal, toilet and spacious shower are a big plus. Our 3 dogs were incredibly welcome, that's lovely. Breakfast was very good, lot of choice at the buffet. Only a few rooms were booked at the moment of our stay and the buffet wasn't available every day, but à la carte breakfast was served; perfect solution to avoid huge leftovers from the buffet!

It was very beautiful, clean, modern! The location was great for skiing!

The location is between Crans and Montana, but further from Montana, where most restaurants are! No mini fridge in the room is an amenity that I did would add a huge value to the room! My kettle was not working, the staff boiled some water for me, but they never changed it.. so in the morning I couldn’t boiled water for my coffee and since it was a very early departure.. reception was closed so no help! I think offering the or coffee in the morning could be appreciated!

Perfect for a young couple. The accomodation was so hip. Really liked the style of the room and the furnitures. Coffee, tea and kettle was a nice touch in the room. We have enjoyed the big room that was like a tiny apartment. First hotel i ve ever stayed where the toilet was separate - its awesome if you are travelling with someone. I was sick unfortunately so it was extra useful... The terrace was nice and well usable, we had bit of a view too. The town was cute and you get breathtaking panorama driving up here. Staff was nice as well!

Breakfast-every day the same, very very boring. Luckily, we have been there only for a week! My husband went to golf one morning before breakfast time (half an hour before actual breakfast starts) and asked for a pre-packed sandwich or a little bite he can take with him : receptionist was not willing to ask the kitchen of this is possible. „If there is already someone in the kitchen at this time you can ask.“ First time that we experienced such a „support“…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alaia Lodge during a business trip to Crans Montana, and it exceeded all expectations! The lodge offers an ideal environment for work and relaxation. The serene atmosphere and comfortable accommodation allowed me to concentrate on my tasks, while the practical facilities, such as high-speed internet and a well-equipped workspace, ensured my productivity. The professionalism and attention to detail of the staff really stood out, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location near the ski lift. The design is fun, quirky and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out.

Blinds in the bedroom blocked out most of the light but not all. We heard neighbours making loud noises in the night so rooms don't seem totally soundproof. Breakfast had lots of options but could perhaps improve on quality of ingredients.

The hotel has a very good location and the bus stop is just in front of it. The staff were very friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on booking.com are just a perfect example of what you are going to get. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans Montana. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.

My stay was very enjoyable, thanks to the great location that made it easy to get around and explore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and able to speak several languages, which made communication smooth for everyone. The rooms were also surprisingly spacious and spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing space throughout my visit.
